      如何消除二者之间的矛盾,更好的发挥人力资源部门的作用成为摆在众多企业管理者面前的难题外包作为一种新型的管理模式,出现于生产经营活动中,并为企业带来的巨大的经济利益外包活动一出现即引起人力资源工作者的极大重视,通过将外包和人力资源管理结合起来,构造出一种崭新的人力资源管理模式——人力资源管理外包选择人力资源外包,不但可以利用服务机构的专业优势,在较短时期内提高企业内部人力资源管理水平,更可以提高管理效率,降低管理成本,使企业专注于自己的核心业务企业要想发挥人力资源外包的优势、但是企业在人力资源业务外包的过程中却不可避免地会遇到种种风险和问题关键词:人力资源管理外包;核心竞争力;风险Human resource management outsourcing researchAbstract :Human resources management is the enterprise cost, repetitive work see more departments,enterprises have taken up considerable resources, but difficult to see its enterprises to bring real benefits, but itis an essential part of.
