7、DESCRIPTION The purpose of this document is to describe the main features performance and specifications of the 1024 768 pixel LW IRCMOS uncooled integrated microbolometer detector referenced as UL 05 25 1 UL 05 25 1 is an infrared opto electronic device sensitive to radiation in the long wave spectral range see Figure 2 It includes a microbolometer Focal Plane Array FPA comprised of a 1024 768 elements two dimensional detector array made from amorphous Silicon resistive bolometer connected to s

8、ilicon ReadOut Integrated Circuit ROIC integrated into a miniaturized metal packaging UL 05 25 1 infrared image sensor produces raw analog video data at up to 50 frames per second The sensor is controlled using a serial link The pixel pitch is 17 m by 17 m The image size is 17 4 mm by 13 mm with 1024 x 768 nominal format This device could be operated in 640 x 480 320 x 240 or in user defined windowed format The nominal format is 1024 x 768 pixels by default configuration N Function Function N 16
