2、 g / m l 异氟醚合剂， 5 m g / m l 异丙酚与4 0 m g / m l 异氟 醚合剂对S D大鼠 单次静脉注射时的E D 5 。 和L D 5 o .测定E D 5 。 时，以 大 鼠前爪翻正反射消失作为麻醉有效的指标，记录翻正反射消失，恢复的 时间; 测定L D 5 。 时，以心电图持续显示一条直线为大鼠死亡的指标， 记 录翻正反射消失，恢复和大鼠死亡的时间，并记录呼吸，心率的变化情 况。 结来:四个药物组大鼠的体重在统计学上没有显著差异。l 0 m g / m l 异丙 酚， 1 2 0 m g/ m l 乳化异氟醚， 1 0 m g / m l 异丙酚与4 0 m g / m l 异氟 醚合剂， 5 m g / m l 异丙酚与 4 0 m g / m l 异氟醚合剂的 E D 5 。 分别为 0 .6 3 m l / k g , 0 .6 2 m ng , 0 .5 4 m U k g , 0 .9 1 m l/ k g ; L D 5 0 分别为 2 .9 0 m 1/ k g , 1 .6 3 m l / k g , 1 .8 8 m 1 / k g ,
