76页1、摘 要本设计为淮南市某酒店暖通空调设计,建筑共十层。地下一层为设备房、水泵房和地下车库,一到四层为商业中心做娱乐,休息,办公区,五至十一层为标准间。根据建筑功能特点,选取全空气系统和风机盘管+独立新风系统的空调方式, 对于商业中心等大空间采用全空气系统,客房、办公等较小的空间就用风机盘管+独立新风系统, 独立新风+风机盘管的空调方式是由风机盘管承担室内冷负荷,而新风负荷由各层新风机组来承担,新风通过新风机组处理到与室内等焓值的状态,直接送入房间。公共卫生间设置排气系统,风冷机组布置在屋顶。针对地下一层的实际使用情况,系统设计了排风、排烟方案,采用自然进风和机械排风和排烟系统。关键词:全空气系统 风机盘管加新风系统 空调水系统 排风排烟系统 AbstractThe design of air conditioning design and construction of a Hefei official building is 9 layers, including the basement rooms for the equipment and storage rooms.The fi
