7、tem is a defined scope of piping, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation components. All of the items within the scope are transferred at one time to BB Commissioning. This allows commissioning testing of logical or integral parts of the plant by BB Commissioning.试车系统是指指定范围的管路、电气、机械及仪表部件。该范围内的所有装置应一次全部移交BB试车部门，以便其对设备的逻辑或主要部分进行试车测试。Handover of a Commissioning System is accomplished following a field walk down and a review of associated documents and items identified in WinPCS.完成对WinPCS列出的相关文

Facility Systems will be identified on design layout drawings, underground drawings, and design detail drawings and/or by description.
