永旺超市运营管理优化设计毕业设计

1、永旺超市运营管理优化设计摘 要珠海奥园广场永旺超市于2018年12月以一种大型的零售经营模式引入广东省珠海市，企业以现代化的方式经营超市，追求有效率的物流系统，达到薄利多销的目的。为了处理超市生鲜农产品供应链上的存在的缺陷，找出供应链各个环节存在的问题，提出解决问题思绪和改善计划。本设计主要利用工业工程的相关的方法理论技术，对永旺超市的运营管理所欠缺的部分进行改善和优化，并且结合IE供应链管理理念，使得永旺超市生鲜农产品的运营管理得到处理，剖析在生鲜农产品供应链上四个环节存在的问题因素，包括采购环节、运输环节、存储环节、深加工环节等。由于生鲜农产品具备着易腐蚀性、刚需性、流失率大等特质，而且在运输过程中受时间、空间、自然因素影响效果非常明显，导致生鲜农产品供应链物流系统效率低下，使得超市的产生利润呈现下坡趋势。针对所提出的问题提出对应的改善方案，有益于使超市经营绩效提升、以及提高店面的盈利能力，生鲜农产品的品质效果需要得到保障。通过对永旺超市生鲜农产品供应链的整体的提升，达到了生鲜农产品在供应链顺利运行，供应商之间的配合相对稳固、运输过程良好等明显效果，同时更加直接的降低了运输物流成本

2、，能够保障生鲜农产品的质量安全、缩减腐烂水平，同时还可以得到顾客的快速反应速度，满足顾客需求。本设计通过运用工业工程供应链管理的相关理论和方法，解决以这种零售模式发展的企业物流系统存在的问题，探索超级市场在生鲜农产品供应链物流改善的具体途径。零售模式的超级市场若要在未来发展的过程中更上一层楼，应该注重的是生鲜农产品在超市的质量和不是店面种类的数量。关键词：超市；运营管理优化；供应链管理；仿真设计Optimal design of operation and management of AEON AbstractIn December 2018, Zhuhai Aoyuan square AEON supermarket was introduced into Zhuhai City, Guangdong Province with a large-scale retail business model. On account of the fresh agricultural products are perishable, rigid demand, high frequency, high loss and other properties. In the process of transportation, the effect of time, space and natural factors is very obvious, which leads to the low efficiency of the supply chain logistics system of fresh agricultural products and the downward trend

In view of the problems raised, the corresponding improvement plan is put forward, which is beneficial to the improvement of supermarket operation performance and the profitability of the store. The quality of fresh agricultural products needs to be guaranteed.Through the overall promotion of the fresh agricultural products supply chain of AEON supermarket, the smooth operation of fresh agricultural products in the supply chain, relatively stable cooperation betwe

At the same time, the transportation logistics cost is effectively reduced, the quality and safety of the fresh agricultural products are guaranteed, the degree of decay is reduced, and the rapid response speed of customers is obtained to meet the needs of customers 。This design solves the problems of the enterprise logistics system, by utilizing related knowledge
