29页1、 幼儿园区角活动渗透职业启蒙教育研究幼儿园区角活动渗透 职业启蒙教育研究论 文 题 目:幼儿园区角活动渗透职业启蒙教育研究摘 要36岁儿童学习与发展指南中指出幼儿园区角活动是促进幼儿个体全面发展的有效途径。职业启蒙教是职业教育的第一阶段。在区角活动中通过的职业启蒙教育对其身心施加影响,正确的引导幼儿,使幼儿形成初步的职业观。它不仅为幼儿打下了个人职业生涯发展的基础,更是幼儿园层面多样化探索的重要途径。本文采用文献法、问卷调查法等研究方法,并结合实践经验针对区角活动种类丰富且内容多样、幼儿区角活动渗透一定程度的职业启蒙教育和区角活动队职业启蒙教育影响较弱等现状,对其中存在的区角活动不平衡、不充分以及服务性不足的矛盾进行剖析,并提出开发职业启蒙教育的多元区角活动模式,强化教师的职业启蒙教育意识,服务幼儿职业启蒙教育需求等解决策略与建议,为幼儿职业启蒙的进一步发展提供新视角,丰富职业启蒙教育的内涵。关键词: 区角活动;幼儿园;职业启蒙教育Study on Permeation of Career Enlightenment Education in Kindergarten Area Act
