      基于实例的汽车整车开发技术,充分利用了汽车企业 现有车型知识,能快速开发出一款新车型,同时降低开发的成本,已得 到了越来越多汽车企业的重视 本文依托国家 863 计划项目(No. 2008AA04Z113) “动态知识融合 的多学科协同创新设计”以及上海市科委重点项目(08JC1412000) “面 向复杂产品创新设计的知识融合理论与应用研究” , 结合上海交通大学知 识工程研究所承接的校企合作项目“数字化整车开发系统技术管理” ,针 对汽车企业整车开发的特点,研究了基于实例的汽车整车表示方法、实 例检索以及实例修改等关键技术,并搭建了基于实例的整车开发系统, 证明了方法的准确性和先进性 首先论述了本课题的研究背景,相关技术的研究现状分析了目前 整车开发的不足,并针对存在的不足,提出了本课题研究的内容,从而 阐述了本论文研究的目的与意义 讨论了基于实例的整车开发技术中的几个关键问题介绍了整车开 发技术相关概念,接着论述了基于实例的汽车整车开发相关关键技术, 如整车实例的表示方法、检索方法以及修改策略等,然后提出了基于实 例的汽车整车开发流程,介绍了构建基于实例的整车开发系统的几个关 键问题。

      研究了汽车整车实例的表示方法与实例库的建立介绍了几种单一 的整车实例表示方法,提出了面向对象的整车实例混合表示方法在整第 II 页 车实例功能分解的基础上对汽车整车进行模块划分,确定采用层次型实 例库结构来存储整车开发实例,该实例库包括产品实例库、一级模块实 例库、零部件实例库等几个层次该表示方法层次清晰,结构明确,能 有效减少数据存储空间 研究了基于实例的汽车整车开发过程中实例的检索与重用技术通 过介绍几种传统的实例检索方法, 引出了基于隶属函数的实例检索方法, 并且针对不同类型的模糊设计需求构建了两种实例相似度计算模型然 后提出了整车实例分层次检索算法和基于实例属性的多级检索子算法, 本文所提出的这种检索方法具有很高的效率和精度,能有效地对实例进 行检索同时,对汽车整车实例的修改策略、评估与保存方法等实例重 用技术做了详细的论述 结合理论研究开发设计了基于实例的汽车整车开发系统首先介绍 了系统设计需求的获取方法,接着说明了系统的总体框架,包括系统的 开发平台、系统的结构和功能模块,然后给出了系统运行的实例该系 统为企业提供了方便友好、高效快捷的整车开发平台,有效缩短了整车 开发周期。

      关键词: 关键词: 实例,整车开发,检索,重用,系统第 III 页 RESEARCH ON AUTOMOBILE DEVELOPMENT TECHNOLOGY AND APPLICATION BASED ON CASE ABSTRACT It has become a trend of future automobile development that enterprises research and develop new automobile by utilizing the current available automobiles. The case based automobile development technology could make full uses of the enterprises’ own available products. It could bring down the cost of automobile development, and is paid more and more attention. This paper is based on “dynamic knowledge fusion of multidisciplinary collaborative innovative design” (National 863 Project No. 2008AA04Z113) and “research on knowledge fusion theory and application faced to complex product innovative design” (Shanghai Municipal Important Science and Technology Project 08JC1412000). It is also combined with the project of “numerical automobile development technology”, which was undertaken by Knowledge-based Engineering of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This paper researched on case representing, case retrieval and case revise methods during case based automobile development, according to the features of automobile development. At last, case based automobile development system was constructed. It is proved that this method is accurate and advanced. At First,the background of case based automobile development technology was presented. The contents were introduced in order to improve the actual technology’s shortcomings. Then the general thesis structure was put forward, as well as the purpose and the significance. Then the case based automobile development technology was systematically researched on. First, the knowledge reuse and case base 第 IV 页 reasoning technology in automobile development was introduced. Second, the case based automobile development method is presented. Meanwhile, several key technologies such as automobile case representing, case retrieval and case revise method were described. Third, the process and system development of case based automobile technology were separately put forward. Automobile case representing method and automobile case base were constructed. First, several kinds of single case representing methods were introduced, and then an object oriented compound case representing method was described. Second, hierarchical case base structure was adopted based on the analysis of automobile module division. The case base included several phases, such as automobile case, first sub-module case base, second sub-module (parts) case base etc. Then case retrieval and case reuse technology were introduced. First, a novel case retrieval method base on membership function was introduced after the analysis of several traditional case retrieval methods. According to different types of demand, similarity measurement modules for fuzzy numerical demand and fuzzy linguistic demand were constructed respectively. Then, automobile case hierarchical retrieval algorithm and hierarchical sub-retrieval method were put forward. Finally, automobile case revise, case evaluation and case saving methods were desperately described. At last, the case based automobile development system was constructed.
