TÜV SÜD | Mar. 2012 South China Region No. 9 / 2012 Standards Info Bulletin Regulatory and technical standards updates relevant to your operations EU enforces minimum energy efficiency requirements for air conditioner and comfort fans from January 2013 2013年欧盟开始对空调及舒适风扇执行最低能效要求 On March 10, 2012, European Commission officially published the ErP regulation for air conditioner and comfort fans ((EU) No 206/2012) in the Official Journal, which shall apply from 1 January 2013. The regulation establishes Eco- design requirements for the placing on the market of electric mains-operated air conditioners with a rated capacity of ≤ 12 kW for cooling, or heating if the product has no cooling function, and comfort fans with an electric fan power input ≤ 125W. New ErP regulation provides the following eco-design requirements by considering also the Global Warming Potential (GWP) index: 2012年 3月 10日，欧盟在官方公报上正式公布了 ErP指令对空调及舒适风扇的生态设计要求条例 （ (EU) No 206/2012），该条例将于 2013年 1月 1日 开始生效。
