环氧树脂910A/B浇封（胶粘）使用工艺说明书The Instruction of Process of 910A/BEncapsulation(Adhesion) of Epoxy Resin1．主题内容与适用范围(Subject and Applicable Scope) 本说明书规定了本公司防爆电器产品、防爆灯具等使用环氧树脂910A/B浇封（胶粘）时的基本要求、操作程序、工艺参数及产品检验It is stipulated that the basic requirements, operational procedures, process parameters and productInspection of 910A/B encapsulation (adhesion) of epoxy resin which is used for encapsulation (adhesion) in our explosion-proof electric apparatus, explosion-proof light fittings and so on.2. 基本要求(Basic Requirement)2.1 贮存(Storage) 在通风、干燥、阴凛、密封条件下贮存，保存期限为6个月。

It shall be stored in ventilated, dry, dark and sealed place, with the storage life of six months.2 2 施工环境(Construction Environment) 施工环境应清洁、明亮 The construction environment shall be clear and bright2.3 浇封（胶粘）的表面要求The Requirement of the-Encapsulated(adhered) Surface 将与胶接触面的油污、飞边、毛刺、漆皮等附着物进行清除；用干净布块擦拭浇封（胶粘）面；浇封（胶粘）件的表面，无污垢，无灰尘等方能进行浇封（胶粘）：对受潮或流入液体的浇封（胶粘）件应放置在65±2℃电烘箱进行干燥处理，干燥时间不少于30分钟Remove the attachments such as grease, flash, burr, etc. from the contact area with the adhesive;4Wipe the encapsulated (adhered) surface with clean cloth; Only performing encapsulation (adhesion) when on the surface of encapsulated piece there is no grease, dust etc.. For the encapsulated(adhered) pieces with the dampness or liquid, they should be placed in the electric oven at 65℃ more or less within 2℃ for dryness for no less than 30 minutes.3 操作程序及工艺参数( Operational Procedures and Process Parameters) 环氧树脂910A/B的使用工艺流程示意如下： The applied process flow chart of 910A/B encapsulation (adhesion) of epoxy resin is as follows:Pretreatment→Configuration of the encapsulation (adhesive) →Encapsulation(adhesion) of product→Solidification3.1 浇封（胶粘）剂的配制The Configuraion of Encapsulation (adhesive)主剂A与固化剂B按100：100称量后搅拌均匀（至混合液完全透明无波纹及絮状物），注意一次配胶量不要太大≤2千克，可根据实际使用具体掌握。

The master agent (A) and curing agent (B) should be mixed (to the mixture to be transparent completely, no ripple and floccule) smoothly in the proportion of 100 to 100 after weighting. Pay attention not to mix too much encapsulation one time. The mixed amount should not be greater than 2 kgs. It can be controlled according to the actual use.3.2产品的浇封（胶粘）Encapsulation(adhesion) of Product 按产品图样和技术要求规定进行浇封（胶粘）操作，操作时不应有气泡、流滴现象The operation of encapsulating (adhesion)shall comply with the stipu1aions of product design and technical requirements without air bubble and flowing drop.3_3固化(Solidification) 1)将产品放置在90±3℃下固化，固化时间2.5小时后可进行下一道工序。

Go to next working procedure after setting the products at the 90℃more or less within 3℃for 2.5hours of solidification. 2)固化过程中，应保持产品立放，以免固化过程中胶液溢出The products should be placed vertically to prevent the liquid from out flowing during solidification. 3)完工件应放在干燥、无尘的环境里The finished pieces shall be placed in dry, dust free environment.编制／日期 批准／日期Prepared by／Date Approved by／Date。
