94页河北工程大学科信学院毕业设计说明书 2014毕业设计说明书晨光小区 3#住宅楼工程 施工组织设计专 业 土木工程学 生 张 利 波指导教师 崔 邯 龙河北工程大学科信学院2014 年 6 月河北工程大学科信学院毕业设计说明书 2014摘 要晨光小区 3#高层住宅楼施工组织设计的编制,工程建筑面积为 14269.12㎡,总长度53.50m,宽度 16.50m,地上 18 层,地下两层,主体建筑高度为 52.50m在各分部分项工程中拟定出相应的施工方案:地基与基础工程中,采用机械开挖,井点降水,商品混凝土浇筑;主体工程中,模板采用传统支模方式即满堂式钢管支撑,墙模为竹胶板拼接而成的大模板,钢筋连接主要采用直螺纹套筒连接、电渣压力焊和闪光对焊连接,外脚手架为钢管落地式脚手架;屋面工程中,以冷粘法粘贴防水卷材为主,特殊部位需用到汽油喷灯处理根据工程量计算,套用施工定额,安排施工进度进而得总工期为 400 天。
