Electric power is the energy industry,basic industries, in the national construction and national economic development occupies an important position, is the realization of the strategic focus of modernization of the country. Electricity is the basis for the development of national economy, is a kind of invisible, not a large number of secondary energy storage. The hair of electricity, change, send, distribution and utilization, is almost at the same time instantaneous, must be a balance of power at any time.
