The second part introduces the definition, classification of motivation and factors that influence motivation in psychology and education according to the books referred. The third part is of the most importance in this paper, the means about how to cultivate motivation during the English process are clearly introduced in this part. This requires our country to pay more attention to make a major improvement and contributions in areas of English language education. Motivation has an undoubtedly evident effect on second/foreign language learning. It is generally considered as one of the main determinants of second/foreign language learning achievement. So Cultivate motivation is necessary. In light of the important roles motivation study plays in the language teaching process, we should pay more attention to the research and cultivation of learning motivation in order to get a better learning achievement.II.
