中学教学知识共享研究以巢湖市的中学为例.pdf

    • I 摘摘 要要 二十一世纪, 人类社会正在步入一个以知识资源的占有、 配置, 知识的生产、 分配、 使用为最重要因素的知识经济时代 知识经济的到来, 改变了人类的进程, 知识管理成为了迎接知识经济时代的到来而出现的一种战略上的解决策略 知识 共享是知识管理的重要内容,也是知识管理的基本过程 在知识经济时代,教育必须紧跟社会发展的步伐传授知识、创新知识的教 育领域也积极开展了知识管理研究, 而知识共享又是知识管理理论研究中的重点 和难点中学是一个知识密集型组织,而中学教师的教学知识则是学校组织中的 重要资产,也是中学的知识管理所强调的智慧资本在新课程改革背景下,中学 的管理者和教师如何有效地提高教育教学的效益和效率, 教师之间的教学知识共 享是一种新的思路 中学教师的教学知识共享研究,无论是对于教师的专业与素质发展,还是对 于学校效能与竟争力的提升,都具有十分重要的作用和意义然而,当前许多中 学的管理者和教师对教学知识共享不太了解,或根本就没有接触过鉴于此,本 文对中学教师的教学知识共享进行了系统的研究笔者首先阅读了大量关于知 识、 知识共享、 教师知识、 教师的教学知识等方面的文献资料, 进行了文献分析; 其次,在文献分析的基础上,设计了中学管理者的教学知识共享情况调查问卷和 中学教师个人的教学知识共享情况调查问卷对巢湖市部分中学教师进行调查, 通 过对数据的整理与分析,发现中学教学知识共享中存在的主要问题,最后提出相 应的对策。

      本论文主要内容分以下儿个部分: 第一章 引言,介绍了本研究的研究背景、研究现状、研究意义、研究内容、 研究方法和创新之处 第二章 中学教学知识共享的相关理论分析,对中学教学知识共享的相关理 论进行分析,分析中学教学知识共享的内涵、特征、目的、作用和难点,并建立 了中学教学知识共享的实现模式 第三章 中学教学知识共享的调查与问题分析,介绍了巢湖市中学教师的教 学知识共享的调查结果,并重点分析了中学教师知识共享中存在的主要问题 第四章 中学教师教学知识共享的相应对策,从学校组织结构、文化、制度 II 以及信息技术等角度,有针对性地提出了中学教学知识共享的相应对策 关键词关键词:: 知识共享 教师知识 教学知识 教学知识共享 III Abstract The 21st century is an era of knowledge economy. In such an age, the possession and distribution of intelligence resource,the production,distribution and use of knowledge , have become the most important elements . The coming of knowledge-economy era has changed our human process and knowledge management becomes a strategic tactic to greet the times of knowledge economy. Knowledge sharing is a very important component and furthermore, it is the basic process of knowledge management. In this epoch of knowledge economy, education must catch close up with the tempo of social development.Studies of knowledge management are being actively carried out in the education section which aims to instruct and create knowledge.Knowledge sharing is a key and difficulty point in the scope of knowledge management.The school is a knowledge-concentrated organization,in which the most important assets are the teachers' knowledge that is the wisdom capital which Knowledge Management emphasizes.In the context of new curriculum reformation,knowledge sharing among superintendents and teachers will open a new mentality for them to improve effectiveness efficiency. The research of teaching knowledge sharing on teachers will be of great importance and meaning no matter for the development of the teachers' profession and quality,or for the promotion of the school's efficiency and rival ability. However, what makes us worried is that the managers and teachers in many schools don't have a better understanding for teachers' teaching knowledge sharing.In view of this situation,the author has made a systematic study teachers' teaching knowledge sharing in the middle schools. Firstly,the author read a lot of the domestic and international literature,most of which is about knowledge, knowledge sharing and teachers' knowledge. Then, based on the analysis of these documents,the questionnaire on teaching knowledge sharing in the middle schools was designed. The data from it was sorted out and analyzed, and some main questions were found in the precessing of teaching knowledge sharing in IV the middle schools.Finally,for these question some relevant countermeasures were put forward. The thesis is divided into the following parts: Chapter 1 introduction, the background, the present situation, the significance, the contents and the methods of the research were introduced. Chapter 2 correlative theories analysis of teaching knowledge sharing in the middle schools,the author analysed correlative theories of teaching knowledge sharing in the middle schools in this part.The connotation,the characteristics,the goal, the function and difficulties of teaching knowledge sharing in the middle schools were analyzed,and the pattern of teaching knowledge sharing was established. Chapter 3 the survey and analysis of problems in teaching knowledge sharing in the middle schools,the author presented the results of this surrey in ChaoHu City and mainly analyzed the existing main problems in teaching knowledge sharing in the middle schools. Chapter 4 the relevant countermeasures of teaching knowledge sharing in the middle schools,the author put forward some relevant countermeasures of teaching knowledge sharing systematically from different aspects.
