中学教学知识共享研究以巢湖市的中学为例.pdf

I 摘摘 要要 二十一世纪， 人类社会正在步入一个以知识资源的占有、 配置， 知识的生产、 分配、 使用为最重要因素的知识经济时代 知识经济的到来， 改变了人类的进程， 知识管理成为了迎接知识经济时代的到来而出现的一种战略上的解决策略 知识 共享是知识管理的重要内容，也是知识管理的基本过程 在知识经济时代，教育必须紧跟社会发展的步伐传授知识、创新知识的教 育领域也积极开展了知识管理研究， 而知识共享又是知识管理理论研究中的重点 和难点中学是一个知识密集型组织，而中学教师的教学知识则是学校组织中的 重要资产，也是中学的知识管理所强调的智慧资本在新课程改革背景下，中学 的管理者和教师如何有效地提高教育教学的效益和效率， 教师之间的教学知识共 享是一种新的思路 中学教师的教学知识共享研究，无论是对于教师的专业与素质发展，还是对 于学校效能与竟争力的提升，都具有十分重要的作用和意义然而，当前许多中 学的管理者和教师对教学知识共享不太了解，或根本就没有接触过鉴于此，本 文对中学教师的教学知识共享进行了系统的研究笔者首先阅读了大量关于知 识、 知识共享、 教师知识、 教师的教学知识等方面的文献资料， 进行了文献分析； 其次，在文献分析的基础上，设计了中学管理者的教学知识共享情况调查问卷和 中学教师个人的教学知识共享情况调查问卷对巢湖市部分中学教师进行调查， 通 过对数据的整理与分析，发现中学教学知识共享中存在的主要问题，最后提出相 应的对策。
