1DCS 型钻铤卡瓦使用说明书Instruction for Type DCS Drill Collar Slips一、结构特点:DCS 型钻铤卡瓦按 API Spec 7K 规范及 SY5049-91《钻井卡瓦》设计制造,为多片体结构,能适应钻铤磨损后外径尺寸的变化,具有重量轻,卡持范围大、牢固等优点DescriptionThe DCS type drill collar slips are designed and manufactured as per API Spec 7K and National Standard SY5049-91 of Slips for Well Drilling. Note: 1) *Slips of such size are equipped with four handles2) When the drill collar is worn and the outer diameter of the drill collar is smaller than the minimum holding range of slips, please use the smaller size of drill collar slips.三、使用要求及注意事项 1. 使用前测量钻铤实际外径,是否符合该型钻铤卡瓦卡持范围2. 不得采取增加或减少卡瓦体片数的方法来调节使用范围3. 使用前应检查各销轴是否转动灵活,有无卡阻现象4. 严禁用大锤敲击手把和卡瓦背锥面,或将卡瓦从高处摔下,以免将手把和背锥面碰坏5. 应经常清洗,保持卡瓦表面清洁,转动部位和背锥面涂润滑脂,防止锈蚀6. 经常对卡瓦进行检查2a) 检查卡瓦牙压板固定螺栓是否松动,防止卡瓦牙落井b) 检查卡瓦是否磨钝c) 用直尺检查卡瓦体锥磨损情况d) 检查卡瓦体连接销磨损情况7. 卡瓦牙磨损后,应及时全部更换,切忌将新旧卡瓦牙组合使用,以免造成牙板、卡瓦体或钻铤损坏。
8. 消除方瓦圆锥面的磨砺性物质,减少卡瓦背锥面的磨损9. 经常检查方瓦圆锥面的磨损情况,测量圆锥面小端直径,如因磨损尺寸大于 Φ270mm 后,应及时更换方瓦,以避免某型号钻铤卡瓦卡持较小尺寸时,发生下沉落井事故10.长期不用时,应将卡瓦清洗干净,涂防锈油,放置干燥通风处11.圆锥磨损严重不得修复,如自己修复后影响卡瓦扣合质量,甚至酿成质量事故,本厂概不负责Operation requirements and caution:1) Measure the actual outer diameter of the drill collar to see if it is in the holding range of the drill collar slips before it is being used.2) Not to change the total slip segments to change the holding range.3) Check the pins to see if the pins can function easily.4) Not to knock the handle or the back cone surface of the slips with hammer, not to drop the slips from higher position in case of damage to the handle or cone surface. 5) Keep the slips clean and coat the rotary part and back cone surface with lubrication oil against rusty.6) Periodic inspect the drill collar slips to:a) Check if the inserts are loosened to prevent inserts drop into well.b) Check if the inserts are worn.c) Check the worn condition of back cone surface with ruler.d) Check the worn condition of hinge pins of the slip body.7) The worn inserts should be replaced completely with new ones. Not to use the old inserts with the new ones at the same time in case of damage to inserts, slip segments or drill collar.8) Cleanse the harden granules from the bushings cone surface to minimum the wear on the cone surface.9) Often check the wear condition of the bowls cone surface, and measure the diameter at the small end of the cone surface. Replace the old bowl with new ones in case that when a certain drill collar slips wraps a smaller collar and drops into the well. 10) When the slips are not in use for a longer time, the slips should be cleaned and coated with antirust oil and stored in a dry and ventilated place.11) The back cone can not be repaired when it is seriously worn. This factory is not responsible for any accident caused by the fact that the slips holding quality is affected by the self repairing of the old back cone.。
