目前我国约300个城市缺水,其中严重缺水城市有50个据中国经济信息网分析统计,全国按目前正常需要,年缺水总量约为300亿~400亿立方米,因缺水造成的经济损失每年达2300亿元,超过洪涝灾害水资源的匾乏和水资源的污染,已经严重的影响了人民的日常生活,严重的影响了我国的经济建设和发展特别是我国北方城市,如北京、天津、沈阳等城市水资源更为短缺根据国家十五发展纲要,十五期间各县市都要建立污水处理厂,如何保证处理过程的正常运行,减少运行成本成为环保部门、城建部门所关注的问题目前国家治理污染的重点是“33211”工程,即“三河”(淮河、海河、辽河流域)、“三湖”(太湖、巢湖、滇池)、“两区”(酸雨控制区、二氧化硫控制区)“一市’,(北京)、“一海’,(渤海海域)[1]我国城市污水处理的电耗为0.365k Wh/m3、日本为0.304k Wh/m3、美国为0.243k Wh/m3,并且我们的工作人员还要比这些国家多,但是我国城市污水处理深度却远不如这些国家造成这种结果的原因主要是:污水处理厂管理水平低、自动控制手段差因此建设符合我国国情的污水厂自动控制系统对降低污水处理成本、改善环境、建立可持续发展社会和和谐社会、保持我国经济高速发展具有重要意义[2]。
因此设计一种基于PLC技术的控制系统方案,把数据采集、数据管理、图形显示、状态显示、历史记录和报警打印集于一体,同时实现了操作人员管理、生产过程管理、设备管理和安全管理的有机统一,优化了控制方法,节约了能源及加药量,大大提高了治污效率,也带来了社会效益、经济效益、环境效益具有重大意义1.2当今国内外污水处理系统发展状况目前,国内外城市污水处理厂处理工艺大都采用一级处理和二级处理一级处理是采用物理方法,主要通过格。
