有故障代码Fault Code 无故障代码No Fault Code 无剪线No shearing-line. 踩下脚踏板电机无任何反应No respond in motor when tread the pedals. 电机转动时有异响There is abnormal sound when the motor works. 脚踏板无高速Motor don ’ t accelerate when tread the pedals. 显示屏无显示There is no display on the display. 操作面板按键无反应No respond on buttons of the operation panel. 开机无电无显示No power and no display when power on. 开机机器自跑Motor works automatically when power on. 没有自动倒缝NO automatic backstitch. “ P” +“? ”进入检测模式，调整为P01，查看其数值是否在“ 250 ～380V” 范围内Please press “ P” +“? ”to enter the testing mode, switch to P01,then check whether the value is in the range of “250 ～380V ”. 请在关机状态下拔掉电机与伺服器的连接线，转动电机手轮，查看电机轮是否过重Please pull out the connecting line between motor and servo in the off state, then rotate the motor’ s hand wheel to see whether the motor’ s hand wheel is too heavy. 您的电机已短路，请立即更换There are short circuits in your motor, please replace it immediately. 您的电网不稳定造成伺服器无法正常工作。

The servo motor’ s power is not enough because of the thick cloth , please replace it with thin cloth. 在技术员模式下，进入参数P22 后，将 0000 改为 4000，再按 P 键确认即可Please switch to technician mode and enter the parameter of P22, change 0000 to 4000,then press “ P” to confirm.请按照说明书指导，恢复出厂设定重启伺服器后观察是否有剪线动作Please follow the guidance of manual, reset the factory setting. Reboot servo then observe whether there is any action of shearing-line.由于您的设置错误，导致无剪线现可正常使用There is no shearing-line because of your wrong setting, now you can use it normally.重新调整脚踏板位置，将想剪线方向运动的行程调大，观察是否有剪线动作. Please readjust the position of pedals , turn the stroke longer to which shearing direction you want, then observe whether there is action of shearing-line. 检查脚踏板与电路板的连接是否良好Please check the connection between pedals and circuit. 打开脚踏板将踏板轴调整到正确位置后将螺丝锁紧，看电机是否转动Please open the pedal and adjust the axis of pedal to the correct position , then tighten the screw to see whether the motor works. 如果是皮带机器请查看皮带是否和其他物体有碰撞Please check whether the belt is collide with other things if it’ s a belt motor. 排除碰撞情况，看电机是否还有异响Please check whether there is any abnormal sound after excluding the collision situation. 请更换电机编码器，看电机是否还异响Please replace the motor’s encoder, then check whether the motor still have abnormal sound.请检查踏板的连杆是否过长Please check whether the connecting rod of pedals is too long. 请缩短踏板连杆即可Please shorten the connecting rod of pedals. 请参照说明书恢复出厂参数。
