IPTAM 口译训练IPTAM，（Interpreter Professional Training and Acquisition Module ）口译专能培训习得机制，是由会议口译员吴志萌老师和他的同事们，在普特网的大力协助下，共同研发出的一套模块式口译学习方法，希望通过这套方法结合普特网的海量语料资源，让更多的口译爱好者提高翻译能力，培养翻译意识，为进一步的进修深造打下良好的基础IPTAM，（Interpreter Professional Training and Acquisition Module ）口译专能培训习得机制是一套由先进的口译理论指导的并结合了大量优秀同声传译员实践经验的模块式学习法在理论方面，IPTAM 依托法国巴黎第三大学高级翻译学院释意派翻译理论在口译实践和理论研究上的领先成果（理解-脱离原语言外壳 deverbalization-表达），希望让广大爱好者从一开始，深刻意识到自己是在翻译意义，而非拘泥于源语句法结构（句法结构是可以打碎重组的）真正做到“得意忘言” 而非死译硬译这个核心理念很好的体现在了我们的 6 步训练过程中实践方面，吴志萌老师结合自身和其他优秀同传译员会议经验以及长期自我训练的点滴积累，通过借鉴欧盟以及外交部翻译室译员的专业训练模式，创造性地开发出 Interpreter Professional Training and Acquisition Module ( IPTAM, 口译专能培训习得机制)，引导学员掌握职业口译员所需的专能，为将来成为一名合格的职业口译打下坚实的基础。

这里希望各位口译同好能严格按照 IPTAM 训练法的步骤进行自我训练，最后祝大家译路走好！IPTAM 口译训练——step 1：源语复速（SL）通过 1~3 分钟的源语复述，旨在锻炼短期记忆力和注意力的集中要旨在于抓主干、抓结构,记忆 when/who/where/what，听完之后复述的过程中尽量包括这几个因素，为无笔记交传打下基础IPTAM 口译训练——step 2：译入语交替传译练习(TL)1、有笔记译入语交替传译练习：请注意笔记的结构简洁紧凑以及信息要点的准确性把握，牢记笔记只是对记忆的提示，只起到路标的作用2、无笔记译入语交替传译练习：舍弃笔记，凭脑记进行源语的翻译，产出的译入语力求准确干净IPTAM 口译训练——step 3：精听五到十遍如果超过十遍就放弃，查找文本求证听不出来的地方，特别注意弱读、连读、吞音以及适应不同非英语国家的语音语调等，可以参考普特听力频道IPTAM 口译训练——step 4：听力文本视译练习(TL)通读文本，准备 20 秒到 30 秒左右进行一边看文本一边说一边录音的练习，注意自己的语音语气，力求准确清楚IPTAM 口译训练——step 5：源语复述(SL)尽可能多的结合视译和以前源语复述中的信息，尽量完整的进行细节性的复述。
