    • 烧结生产简介Brief introduction of Sintering一、烧结生产在钢铁工业中的地位和作用1、什么叫烧结?What is sintering? 生产人造块矿的方法:烧结法和球团法Ways of making agglomerate materials: sintering and pelletizing. 所谓烧结,就是将各种粉状的含铁原料,配入一定数量的燃料和溶剂,均匀混合 然后放在烧结设备上点火烧结在燃料产生高温和一系列物理化学反应的作用下, 混合料中部分易溶物质发生软化和熔化,产生一定数量的液相,并润湿其它未熔 化的矿石颗粒,在冷却过程中,液相将矿石颗粒粘结成块,这个过程就叫烧结 所得的块矿成为烧结矿Put the powder material which contains Fe, together with amount of fuel and flux, mix them and put them on sintering equipments. After the burning of high temperatures and the chemical and physical reaction, some eutectic in the mixture will be softened or be melted, and amount of liquid phase comes out to wet other ore granules which are not be melted, during the cooling process, liquid phase make other ore granules into lumps, this process is called sintering. And the lump ores got from this process is called sintered ores.2、烧结生产在钢铁生产中的地位和作用 随着钢铁工业的发展,天然含铁富矿从数量和质量上都不能满足高炉冶炼的需要, 而大量含铁贫矿和多金属共生矿经选矿获得的高品位铁精矿和富矿粉不能直接入 高炉冶炼,通过人造块矿方法解决了这一问题。

      2.Importance of sintering in iron and steel making.Together with the improvement of steel industry, the quantity and quality of crude rich ore are not sufficient for the blast furnace, after separation processing of low grade ore and polymetallic ore to get high grade of concentrate and rich ore, most of them can not be used directly into blast furnace, but because of man-made lump ore, this problem is solved. 通过人造块矿过程,可以改进炼铁原料的物理化学性能,如粒度组成、孔隙率、 机械强度、化学成分、还原性、高温冶炼性能等,从而强化高炉冶炼过程,促进 高炉优质、高产、低耗Through out the process of man-made lump ore, the chemical and physical character will be improved, for instance, grading fraction, porosity, mechanical strength, chemical analysis, reducibility, and pyrolytic smelting character etc, in this sense, the process of blast furnace smelting will be strengthened, and the production of blast furnace will be high quality, high yield and low waste. 烧结过程,可以充分利用钢铁工业生产中的副产品,如高炉灰、轧钢皮、钢渣, 起到资源综合利用,降低成本、净化环境的作用。

      Sintering can also make full use of by-product like flue dust, mill scale and slag, so the resource can be fully used and cost will be decrease, the environment will be depurated.二、烧结发展简史 history of sintering 烧结法最早应用于有色金属冶金,一个世纪前被钢铁工业采用大约在1870 年, 英国、瑞典和德国等发达资本主义国家开始使用烧结锅,世界第一台带式烧结机(8.325m2)于1910年在美国投入The earliest sintering was used in non-ferrous smelting, and it was adopted by iron and steel industry about one century ago. About in 1870, some developed country like Britain and Sweden began to use sintering pot, the first straight-line sintering machine was put into operation in 1910 in the USA.我国最早的烧结机是1956年3月日本人在鞍山建成的4台21.63m2烧结机,解放 后才有了较大的发展。

      The earliest 4 sintering machines in China were built up by Japanese and used in Anshan Steel which were 21.63m 2, and after the liberate of China, sintering machine was more developed.目前世界上最大的烧结机是日本的600m2烧结机,国内最大烧结机属宝钢的495m2 烧结机,其次是400m2烧结机So far the biggest sintering machine is the one 600m2 made in Japan, in China the biggest belongs to Bao Steel which is 495m2, and then 400m2.三、烧结生产原料raw material for sintering production1、包括三大部分:1 、three parts含铁原料:精矿粉、富矿粉、烧结返矿、工业副产品;material contains Fe: concentrate、rich ore powder、return fines from sintering、 by-product of industry;熔剂:石灰石、生石灰、消石灰、白云石、菱镁矿等;flux: limestone、quicklime、hydrated lime、dolomite、magnesite etc;燃料:无烟煤、焦粉、高炉煤气、焦炉煤气、混合煤气、天然气、重油等。

      Fuel: anthracite、coke powder、BFG、COG、mixed gas、gas and heavy oil etc.2、烧结生产对铁矿石的要求:Demands of iron ores of sintering: 含铁品位高、脉石含量适中、有害杂质少、成分稳定、具较好还原性和软化性(软 化温度高、软化区间窄)、强度好、粒度均匀适中、气孔度大High grade ore 、moderate gangue content 、less harmful impurity 、compositions are stable、good reducibility and softening characteristics、good strength、equal size and big porosity.3、宝钢对进口矿的基本评价evaluation of imported ores from Bao Steel 巴西粗粉:化学成分和烧结性能都好,可以大比例使用Brazilian fines: good chemical composition and sintering characteristics, can be used in big proportion.巴西精粉:品位高68%,粒度细-0.15=90%,配比小于 10%Brazilian concentrate: high grade 68%, small size -0.15=90%, blending ratio less than 10%哈默斯利粉:品位低、价格低,A12O3高,配比小于20%Harmsely fines: low grade, low price, high Al2O3, blending ratio less than 10% 澳扬迪粉:含水高、低A12O3、低价、易熔,配比高达40%Yandi fines: high H2O、 low Al2O3, low price, easy to be melted, blending ratio is 40% 印度粉:低价、al2o3高,供应不稳定Indian fines: low price, high Al2O3, unstable supplying.南非粉:粒度好,好烧结,供应紧张,含碱金属。

      South African fines: good size, easy for sintering, short supply, high basic metal.四、烧结生产工艺 sintering production process 包括五大工序: five steps一、原料准备 preparation of raw material 1、含铁原料综合混匀: mix the material 一次料场:各种含铁原料分堆平铺混匀存放First stockyard: divide all kinds of materials into piles 二次料场:各种铁料按照一定比例配合、平铺Second stockyard: put all material in a kind of ration and tile them2、 溶剂破碎筛分:-3mm$90%flux crush screening: -3mm more than or equal 90%3、 固体燃料破碎:-3mm$80%solid crush screening: -3mm more than or equal 80%二、配料Mix material 根据烧结矿质量要求和烧结过程的要求,将各种物料按一定配比进行配合。
