方式 2：一台探测一在前,另一台在除铁器的后面，前一台与方式 1 相同，后一台与皮带连锁或报警，主要是对于非磁性器未除净的铁件检测到以后发一信号报警或让皮带机停止再用人工除去Mode 2 ：One detector is fit at the ahead of separator, the other one is fit behind of separator, the ahead one is same with mode 1, the behind one is catenation with strap or alarm, main function is to detect the ironware not remove from materials, and send a signal of alarm or stop transport strap to manually pick ironware out of materials5 注意事项 Cautions5.1 探测仪与除铁器配套使用时，探测仪必须安装在距除铁器 15m 以上为好，这样可有效消除磁场对探测仪的干扰；when detector is used to go together with separator, detector must fit at the position that distance between detector and separator is more than 15M, that is best。

In this way may eliminate that the magnetic field disturb detector； 5.2 从稳定角度考虑，最好安装于地面 0m 以下，以减轻因振动而引起的噪音干扰；About the view of stable ， it is the best way to fit it below the ground of 0m，so as to eliminate the noise disturbance aroused by vibration ； 5.3 两台探测仪工作在同一现场时，应选购两台不同频率的仪器，已消除相互间的干扰；When two detectors are worked at the same one locale，should select two sets with different frequency，so as to clear up the disturbance each other； 5.4 探测仪安装在最好远离大的振动设备及有大金属件移动的地方；The fitting site is avoiding the place that bigger vibrating equipment is set or bigger metal piece is moving； 5.5 托辊距离传感器应不小于 750 毫米。

Roller distance sensor shall be not less than 750 mm5.6 进料方向距离传感器 3~4 米处应加防护架 In the direction of feeding distance sensor 3 ~ 4 meters should be added protective frame6 调试步骤 Debugging procedures6.1．接好主机与传感器的连接线，电源线，接地线Connect the host and the sensor cable, power line, ground wire6.2．打开电源开关，电源指示灯亮，延迟 8 秒进入工作状态Turn on the power switch, a power indicator light, delay 8 seconds into the working state.6.3 将显示选择开关 2K1 搬到前置幅度显示位，第 5 只发光管亮，如位数不对可调解 2W1电位器直到正确位置Display select switch 2K1 moved to the front range, fifth El Guan Liang, such as the median wrong may mediate 2W1 potentiometer until the correct position。

6.4 根据现场检铁要求，可调整 2W2 灵敏度电位器，本电位器有 10 档，一档灵敏度最低逐级向高档转动，灵敏度遂之升高，直至 10 档灵敏度最高为止According to the on-site inspection of iron requirements, can。
