中国科学院与加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校访问学者联合培养项目介绍中国科学院与加利福尼亚大学洛杉矶分校（以下简称UCLA）访问学者联合培养项目（以下简称“联培项目”），旨在结合UCLA优势学科领域，加强我院重点领域人才培养力度，提高留学效益项目每年由我院选派并支持10名优秀科技骨干（以我院公派留学“青年访问学者”身份）赴UCLA访学1年 一、申报资格： （一）符合《中国科学院公派留学管理办法》中有关申请院公派留学项目的基本条件，具有中级及以上专业技术职务，具有博士学位； （二）优先选拔下述学科领域：1.纳米科学与纳米技术（Nanoscience and Nanotechnology）；2.环境科学与绿色技术（Environmental Science and Green Technology）；3.涉及能源的科技、经济和政策（Energy-related Science, Technology, Economics, and Policy）；4.生物信息学，计算与系统生物学，转化医学，包括基因治疗，基因诊断，干细胞生物学与再生医学（Bioinformatics, Computational and Systems Biology Translational Medicine including Gene Therapy, Genetic Diagnosis, Stem Cell Biology & Regenerative Medicine）；5.植物生物学（Plant Biology）；6.疾病研究，重点为神经失调、心血管及传染病以及癌症方面的疾病研究（Disease studies focusing on Neurological disorders, Cardiovascular & Infectious Diseases, and Cancer）； 二、申报、录取及派出： （一）符合申报资格的申请人须结合自身研究和学习需要，自行通过UCLA官网或其他渠道了解UCLA相关领域教授的情况，并选择1-3位意向访问的UCLA教授； UCLA官网查询导航： 1. http://www.research.ucla.edu/faculty Search by faculty/researcher name and/or any combination of keywords across UCLA campus. Contains over 3000 entries but is not fully comprehensive. 2. http://www.ucla.edu/research ResearchCenter and Institutes section contains links to 15 specific UCLA research centers, plus a link to the Directory of research centers, labs, and institutes across UCLA campus. 3. https://www.uclaaccess.ucla.edu/default.aspx Search programs in Molecular, Cellular and Integrative Life Sciences by faculty or interdepartmental research affinity groups. 4. http://www.ucla.edu/academics/departments-and-programs Search specific departments and degree programs across UCLA campus. 5. 其他重要链接: 1）si.ucla.edu/index California NanoSystems Institute 2）http://www.environment.ucla.edu Institute of the Environment and Sustainability 3）http://www.cancer.ucla.edu Jonsson Comprehensive Cancer Center （二）在网上申报时，填写已选好的1-3位意向访问的UCLA教授； （三）经院评审通过后， UCLA将协助被录取人联系意向访问的UCLA教授，最终确定一位UCLA教授作为邀请人； （四）联培项目的派出期限为1年（即《录取通知书》印发之日起1年内必须派出），被录取人接到院的《录取通知书》后，需及时与邀请人商定最终派出时间，由邀请人为被录取人提供邀请信； （五）院为被录取人提供往返国际旅费、生活费，生活费标准：2000美元/月； （六）联培项目为期12个月，不得变更留学期限。
