Section A 是根本语言内容的收集和学习，要求学生把握一些常见电视节目类型的英文名称，如 talk show，sitcom，news，soap opera，game show， sports show，talent show 等，结合 do 引导的一般疑问句和 what 引导的特别疑问句，进展简洁会话，表达个人对某种电视节目的喜好Section B 在 Section A 的根底上，进一步拓展学生根底学问和语言综合运用力量 Section B 1a 在Section A 1a 呈现的 6 种 TV shows 的根底上增加了 comedy，action movie，scary movie 等内容Section B 的教学应侧重于引导学生拾记并运用一些描述性形容词， 如 wonderful，relaxing，meaningless，enjoyable，exciting，boring 等，自由谈论电视节目并表达个人的喜好同时，Section B 也安排了一些读、写的任务活动，教师在教学过程中可以整合本单元教学内容，引导学生尝试着写简洁的影评本单元是有用且学生感兴趣的话题，本单元的学习对于提升学生具体语境下的语言综合运用力量大有助益，同时也可以丰富学生生活，陶冶情操，对学生德育教育也是好处良多。
