    • 摘 要本设计包括三个部分:一般部分、专题部分和翻译部分一般部分为伊泰集团李家梁煤矿 400 万 t 新井设计,共分 10 章:1.矿区概述及井田地质特征;2.井田境界和储量;3.矿井工作制度、设计生产能力及服务年限;4.井田开拓;5.准备方式-盘区巷道布置;6.采煤方法;7.井下运输;8.矿井提升;9.矿井通风与安全技术;10.矿井基本技术经济指标伊泰集团李家梁煤矿位于内蒙古自治区东胜煤田勃牛川矿区西南部,距曹~羊公路 14.5km,经曹~羊公路 37km 与 109 国道相连矿井距包神铁路石圪台集装站 40km,距唐公塔集装站 148km,距包头 189km,至鄂尔多斯市 89km,交通运输条件比较方便井田走向(南北)长平均约 12.14km,倾向(东西)长平均约 4.47 km,井田水平面积为 54.30 km2主采煤层一层,即 6 号煤层,倾角1~3°,平均厚度 5.5m井田工业储量为 43304.3 万 t,可采储量 31591.6 万 t,矿井服务年限为 60.8a井田地质条件简单,煤层稳定平均埋深为 120m;矿井正常涌水量为 30m3/h,最大涌水量为 60 m3/h;煤层硬度系数 f=2.3,煤质为低中灰、低硫、特低磷~低磷、高热值不粘煤;矿井绝对瓦斯涌出量为 0.63 m3/min,属低瓦斯矿井;煤层有自燃发火倾向,发火期 40~60 天,煤层具有强爆炸危险性。

      矿井采用斜井-平硐单水平联合开拓方式,前期采用中央并列式通风,后期采用两翼对角式通风一矿一面,采煤方法为厚煤层大采高综采全部垮落法煤炭运输采用钢丝绳芯胶带,辅助运输采用无轨胶轮车矿井年工作日为 330 d,每天净提升时间 16 h矿井工作制度为:实行“三八”制作业, (两班生产,一班检修) ,每日两班出煤专题部分题目是厚煤层大采高全厚开采配套设备研究及应用采用UDEC3.0 数值模拟软件建模计算翻译部分是一篇关键词:斜硐;盘区;大采高;无轨运输;混合式通风 ABSTRACTKeywords:This design includes of three parts: the general part, special subject part and translated part.The general part is a new design of Lijialiang mine. Lijialiang mine lines in south of eerduosi in NeiMenggu province. The traffic of road and railway is very convenience to the mine. The run of the minefield is 12.14km ,the width is about 4.47 km,well farmland total area is 54.30㎞ 2.The six is the main coal seam, and its dip angle is 1 degree. The thickness of the mine is about 5.50m in all. The proved reserves of the minefield are 433.04 million tons. The recoverable reserves are 315.95 million tons. The designed productive capacity is 4 million tons percent year, and the service life of the mine is 60.80 years. The normal flow of the mine is 30 m3 percent hour and the max flow of the mine is 60 m3 percent hour. It is bituminous coal with low mine gas emission rate and coal spontaneous combustion tendency, and it’s a coal seam liable to dust explosion.The well farmland is a single level in an inclined well to expand.The working system “three-eight” is used in the Lijialiang mine. It produced 330d/a.This design includes ten chapters: 1.An outline of the mine field geology; 2.Boundary and the reserves of mine; 3.The service life and working system of mine; 4.development engineering of coalfield; 5.The layout of panels; 6. The method used in coal mining; 7. Transportation of the underground; 8.The lifting of the mine; 9.
