外贸函电-保险 第十章 Insurance保险第一节The Steps of Writing Insurance Letters保险信的写作步骤保险的目的是使其货物遭遇损失或损坏者得到赔偿换句话说，它是一种赔偿契约，给某人赔偿遭遇损失的全部金额或按特定百分比赔偿所损失的一局部金额保险合同通常用保险单的形式，是担当风险的一方〔承保人〕和寻求防备风险的一方〔投保人〕两者之间的一种合同假设投保的风险发生了，承保人为报偿投保人所付的保险费，同意付给投保人一笔规定的金额或一局部金额保险费是按投保金额的百分之几计算的，也就是投保人所付的钱遵照中国人民保险公司海洋运输货物保险条款，该公司的根本保险单承保的海运主要险别有：a〃平安险Free From Particular Average FPA b〃水渍险With Particular Average WPA c〃一切险All Risks保险金额的计算是；货物本钱+运费+保险费+代表货物出售后的合理利润的总金额的百分之几对于CIF的交易，依据中国人民保险公司一九八一年八月一日厘定的海洋运输货物保险条款，我们通常按发票金额的110％投保XX险有时候买户要求投保的金额超过110％。
