华中农业大学硕士学位论文作业成本法下农产品批发市场物流成本分析与应用姓名：覃茜茜申请学位级别：硕士专业：企业管理指导教师：严奉宪20090501华中农业大学2009届硕士学位论文：农产品批发市场物流作业成本法分析与应用摘 要随着我国市场经济的发展，物流成本在产品成本中所占的比例越来越大，然而我国现在普遍使用的成本核算方法还是传统的以工人工时作为分配标准的核算方法这种方法计算出来的产品成本和真实成本之间存在着较大的差异，这样给产品的定价，企业经营改善都带来了一系列的问题作业成本法作为一种全新的成本核算方法，能够提供准确的产品成本信息，使企业能够根据市场情况做出正确的决策，合理分配企业资源，为顾客提供更加专业和优质的产品或服务农产品作为一类有鲜明生物属性的产品，生产上具有季节性和集中性，而在消费上具有地域性和分散性，使得农产品物流的数量大，种类多，难度高在我国目前广泛采取的是以批发市场为中心的农产品物流模式，在这一模式中，农产品在批发市场上进行存储，装卸搬运的频率较高，而且需要进行包装和初加工，物流成本较为复杂但是，目前对农产品物流成本的认识尚不清晰，核算方法比较落后，造成了农产品物流成本居高不下的事实，影响了农产品物流成本的控制和管理。

因此，本文以物流成本理论、供应链管理理论等为理论基础，以作业成本法为物流成本核算方法，通过对我国农产品物流模式的分析，选取了以批发市场为主导的农产品物流模式，结合农产品物流和批发市场的特殊性，构建相关理论模型，对农产品批发市场物流成本进行作业成本研究，并以武汉白沙洲农产品批发市场为案例进行分析全文共分为六章，第一章是绪论，主要阐述了本论文课题写作的背景和意义，分析了国内外研究现状以及本文的结构内容第二章是相关理论，阐述了农产品物流的内涵，物流成本的定义，特征以及目前主要应用的物流成本计算方法体系第三章通过对当前农产品物流模式的分析，提出着重研究以批发市场为主导的农产品物流模式第四章对农产品批发市场进行研究，分析其特点以及在农产品物流体系中的地位和作用第五章通过对农产品物流作业成本应用的可行性必要性分析，介绍了物流作业成本法的数学核算模型，并对农产品批发市场物流成本进行作业成本法核算第六章主要是案例描述，选取武汉白沙洲农产品大市场为探究对象，应用作业成本法具体分析农产品物流成本最后是结论，只要我们结合自身实际情况，作业成本法在农产品物流中的的实施会变的更加容易，也必然会给农产品批发市场的完善带来强有力的支持。
