Continuous improvement after new project launched.7. 新工艺、新技术的培训、应用及推广Training, implementation and expansion of new process and new technology.任职条件任职条件RequirementRequirement：：1. 本科及以上学历，机械、焊接或相关专业Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanics, welding or subjects related.2. 2 年以上合资汽车厂工作经验，有汽车输送系统、汽车焊接行业工作经验并掌握电气控制知识者优先考虑Two years working experience in joint venture automotive company, priority goes to candidates with experience in automotive transfer system and welding and electrical control.3. 熟练掌握 office、AutoCAD 等办公及制图软件。

Proficiency with office AutoCAD software and drawing related software.4. 英语 4 级以上，熟练使用英语，具备一定的工作技能Proficient English skills and required working skills, CET-4 or above. 5. 良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力Good communication capability and a teamwork builder.。
