服务范围为南京市东南片区,东起马群,西南至雨花台宁南小区,以紫金山麓、绕城公路、城东南护城河、城东干道、纬八路和共青团路围合而成的南京市东南片区,约41万平方公里,规划人口50-60万人城东污水厂一期建设于2005年投入使用,二期建设为了提高脱氮除磷效果,新建曝气生物滤池共10个,使原处理后的水质由一级B标准提高到一级A标准,最终排入运粮河.图1.1为城东污水处理厂沙盘图片图1.1 城东污水处理厂沙盘2. 工艺流程本厂采用A2/O工艺,亦称A—A—O工艺,是英文Anaerobic-Anoxic—Oxic第一个字母的简称(生物脱氮除磷).A2/O工艺是流程最简单,应用最广泛的脱氮除磷工艺污水首先进入厌氧池,兼性厌氧菌将污水中的易降解有机物转化成VFAs回流污泥带入的聚磷菌将体内的聚磷分解,此为释磷,所释放的能量一部分可供好氧的聚磷菌在厌氧环境下维持生存,另一部分供聚磷菌主动吸收VFAs,并在体内储存PHB进入缺氧区,反硝化细菌就利用混合液回流带入的硝酸盐及进水中的有机物进行反硝化脱氮,接着进入好氧区,聚磷菌除了吸收利用污水中残留的易降解BOD外,主要分解体内储存的PHB产生能量供自身生长繁殖,并主动吸收环境中的溶解磷,此为吸磷,以聚磷的形式在体内储存。
污水经厌氧,缺氧区,有机物分别被聚磷菌和反硝化细菌利用后浓度已很低,有利于自养的硝化菌的生长繁殖最后,混合液进入沉淀池,进行泥水分离,上清液作为处理水排放,沉淀污泥的一部分回流厌氧池,另一部分作为剩余污泥排放 本工艺在系统上可以称为最简单的同步脱氮除磷工艺,总的水力停留时间少于其他同类工艺.而且在厌氧—缺氧-好养交替运行条件下,不易发生污泥膨胀.运行中无需投药,厌氧池和缺氧池只有轻缓搅拌,运行费用低处理效率一般能达到:BOD5和SS为90%~95%,总氮为70%以上,磷为90%左右,一般适用于要求脱氮除磷的大中型城市污水厂.但A2/O工艺的基建费和运行费均高于普通活性污泥法,运行管理要求高,所以对目前我国国情来说,当处理后的污水排入封闭性水体或缓流水体引起富营养化,从而影响给水水源时,才采用该工艺. 工艺流程如图12所示:回流集水井粗格栅进水泵房细格栅污泥回流泵二沉池缺氧I沉砂池紫外消毒渠生物曝气滤池缺氧II厌 氧好 氧出水泵房运粮河脱水机房外 运回流回流图1.2 城东污水处理厂工艺流程图(1) 集水井:收集城市生活污水,厂内生活污水,曝气池反冲洗水和污泥脱水2) 粗格栅:粗格栅的栅条间距为25mm,可以截留树叶,塑料袋和较大的悬浮物质.通过判断格栅前后液位差确定是否需要清渣.(3) 细格栅:细格栅的栅条间距为3mm,为滚筒式,共有6组,利用压差判定是否需要清渣。
4) 沉砂池:沉砂池为旋流式,配有鼓风机组鼓风机组的作用为吹脱砂粒表面有机物,为生物处理提供碳源,并提供负压以提升砂粒5) 生化反应器:生化反应器采用了改良UCT工艺,厂内共有四组生化池.生物反应器示意图如图13所示:厌氧区缺氧I好氧区二沉池缺氧IIR=100-200R=100-300污泥回流投加药剂缺氧II图13 生物反应器示意图(6) 二沉池:通常在生化池末端投加混凝剂PAM,使之能在二沉池内混合均匀二沉池的停留时间为15小时.图14为二沉池照片图1.4 城东污水处理厂二沉池(7) 生物曝气滤池:采用BIOSTRY工艺向上流,包括硝化生物滤池和反硝化生物滤池(未用)对称布置,共8格,填料为聚苯乙烯小球,可以完成有机物降解和固体截留,无需设置二沉池8) 污泥脱水:采用带式压滤机,将污泥含水率降至80%,但是污泥外运填埋所规定的含水率为60%,故厂内投加生石灰进行进一步处理降低其含水率厂内正在建设新的污泥脱水间,使用半框压滤机脱水9) 该工艺流程处理效果:(单位mg/L)进水:COD 300;SS 200;N 40;P 4;BOD5 150;BOD5/COD 05出水:COD 50;BOD5 10;P 1;NH4-N 5-8;N 20其中COD、BOD、NH4—N达到一级A标准,P、N达到一级B标准。
3. 曝气生物滤池BIOSTYR是法国OTV公司的注册水处理工艺技术,采用新型轻质悬浮填料,其主要成分是聚苯乙烯,且比重小于1g/cm3运行时,污水通过滤料层,水体含有的污染物被滤料层截留,并被滤料上附着的生物降解转化,同时,溶解状态的有机物和特定物质也被去除,所产生的污泥保留在过滤层中,而只让净化的水通过,这样可在一个密闭反应器中达到完全的生物处理而不需在下游设置二沉池进行污泥沉降滤池底部设有进水和排泥管,中上部是填料层,厚度一般为25m,为防止滤料流失,滤床上方设置装有滤头的混凝土挡板,滤头可从板面拆下,不用排空滤床,方便维修.挡板上部空间用作反冲洗水的储水区,其高度根据反冲洗水头而定.该区内设有回流泵用于将滤池出水泵至配水廊道,继而回流到滤池底部实现反硝化,在不需要反硝化的工艺中没有该回流系统填料层底部与滤池底部的空间留作反冲洗再生时填料膨胀之用BIOSTYR工艺是一种上流生物滤池,是一种运行可靠、自动化程度高、出水水质好、抗冲击能力强和节约能耗的新一代污水处理革新工艺,工艺成熟高效曝气生物滤池的进出水各项指标如表1.1所示:CODCrBOD5SSNH4—NTP进水60202081出水≤50〈10≤10≤4≤1表1。
