提取中药中有效成分的传统方法主要有碱提酸沉法,水提取法,乙醇提取法,聚酰胺分离提取法,碱提树脂工艺,超临界CO2萃取等,其中乙醇提取法由于价廉、污染小、适合工业生产等特点而被广泛使用本论文以正交试验设计为工具,以浸膏得率作为质量指标,考察醇法提取厚朴中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的提取工艺条件,着重探讨乙醇浓度、回流时间、提取次数、乙醇用量等因素对浸膏得率的影响,结果表明其较优的提取工艺条件为提取时间120min,乙醇浓度70%,乙醇用量6倍,提取次数3次,浸膏得率可达到18.5%,同时借助极差分析、方差分析等实验数据分析手段,得到各因素的主次关系为乙醇浓度﹥提取次数﹥乙醇用量﹥提取时间乙醇浓度对浸膏得率的影响最大,乙醇浓度在70%的时候浸膏得率最高;其次是提取次数,提取次数越大,浸膏得率越高;之后是乙醇用量,用量6倍时最好;影响最小的因素是提取时间,随提取时间的延长,浸膏得率升高,但在120min提取时间后,再延长提取时间,浸膏得率反而降低,因此可以考虑缩短提取时间,以降低能耗,提高经济效益本论文的研究不仅可为厚朴有效成分工业化提取工艺的设计提供理论依据,而且可为深入研究厚朴的药理活性提供物质基础,对于厚朴药材有效成分的提取和进一步深入研究具有一定的指导意义。

Magnolia officlnalis come from dry skin, bark and branch skin of Magnolia officinalis Rehd.et Wils and Magnolia officinalis Rehd.Et wils.var.biloba Rehd.et Wils. Magnolol and honokiol are the main active ingredients, and they have a wide range of pharmacological effects. such as Anti-inflammatory, anti-arrhythmic, anti-epileptic, anti-platelet, anti-bacterial inhibition and the role of muscle contraction, further more they can inhibit the oxidation products of nitrogen and the expression activity of tumor necrosis factor α.Extract the active ingredients of Chinese medicine in the traditional methods mainly are acid alkaline extraction method, water extraction, ethanol extraction, separation of polyamide extraction, alkaline extraction resin technology, and supercritical CO2 extraction, and Ethanol extraction method in which as a result of cheap, small pollution, and other characteristics suitable for industrial production have been widely used.In this paper, orthogonal experimental design as a tool and extract yield as a quality indicator, we obverse the extraction process of Magnolol and Honokio by extracting in alcohol, focusing on the concentration of ethanol, refluxing time, the number of extraction, solvent usage and other factors on the yield of extract, by their better extraction conditions for extracting time 120min, the concentration of 70% ethanol, 6 times the amount of solvent, extracting the number of 3 times the yield of extract up to 18.5%. And with range analysis, variance analysis of experimental data analysis, the relationship between the primary and secondary factors is that the ethanol concentration> extract the number of> solvent usage> extraction time.. Ethanol concentration on the extract yield has the greatest impact, and the yield of extract is highest when Ethanol concentration is 70%.
