The judges will judge you by the subst ance ,style and delivery of your speech.B:今天的总决赛中，每位选手都要完成定题演讲、 回答问题和即兴演讲这三个部分， 评委将从选手的演讲内容、流畅程度、语音语调、和表现力几个方面综合评定。

A: In Prepared speech, if your speech is more than 3 minutes and 15 seconds or less than2 minu tes an d 45 sec on ds, the score of yours will deduct 0.5-1 poin ts; this round will be 50 po ints In Impromptu speech a nd Questi ons and an swers , if your speech is more tha n 70 sec on ds, or less tha n 50 sec on ds, the score of yours will deduct 0.5-1 poin ts, thi s two rounds will be 30 points and 20 points.A:这里要特别提醒一下各位参赛选手： 命题演讲时间超过 3分15秒，或不足2分45秒，适当扣0.5 — 1分；即兴演讲和回答问题时间超过 70秒，或不足50秒，适当扣0.5 — 1分。
