21页Unit 9 Christmas单位及作者:红桂小学黄文芊教学内容及学生情况分析◆ Christmas,圣诞节(December 25th),讲的是基督教徒纪念耶稣诞生的日子,是西方社会最为隆重的节日随着中西方文化的交流日益频繁,越来越多的中国人特别是青少年喜欢过西方的节日,如感恩节、万圣节、圣诞节等本单元的教学内容是让学生了解圣诞节,了解过圣诞节的时候人们通常会做些什么,有哪些活动,新句型是学习正在进行时态的问句和答句此外,我认为除了让学生掌握基本的短语、句子等教学内容外,还应让学生了解一些圣诞节以外的中西方的重要节日通过对一些节日的认识加强孩子们的生活常识,同时教育孩子们要热爱生活◆ 三年级的学生还是七,八岁的孩子,对学习还是没有太多的主动积极性,必须得依靠老师的正确引导和兴趣激发来让孩子们喜欢英语课,所以我打算运用示范、游戏以及视听演示等教学手段吸引和引导孩子们学习英语我的教学顺序的安排是:先教学再练习并运用,即在活动中运用,在运用中熟练掌握,让孩子们在听听读读、玩玩唱唱中全身心放松地学习因为此课讲的是Christmas,是孩子们非常感兴趣的主题,而主要句型现在进行时也是孩子们之前有所接触的,所以在教的时候孩子们的兴趣是比较容易激发的。
总体教学目标1.知识目标:◆ 能听、说、认读本单元主要短语和句子:make cards, wrap presents, eat, turkey, get presents, give presents, see Grandma and Grandpa. “What do you do at Christmas? We make cards.” , What are you doing? I’m making toys. ◆ 能熟练地在情境中运用日常交际用语:Merry Christmas! /Here’s a cake./ Santa’s busy now/ Go to bed…◆ 能按要求问答A、B部分内容,能说和表演C部分内容,能完成D部分练习,能掌握E部分的语音◆ 学会唱歌曲“ Merry Christmas”,“Jingle bell”等圣诞歌曲2.能力目标:◆ 通过模仿、操练、表演等活动,进一步培养学生的口语表达能力◆ 培养学生自主学习和独立运用语言去做事的能力◆ 让学生围绕圣诞等节日话题进行自由表演交流,培养学生综合运用语言的能力3.情感与态度目标:◆ 在活动中,激发学生的学习兴趣和学习热情,促使其快乐地、成功地学习。

We make cards. 2.教学难点:◆ 单词的准确发音,如:wrap, turkey, Grandma, Grandpa, Christmas.教学方法:◆ 主要采用创设情境和任务型教学方法教具准备:◆ 单词卡, 录音机, 实物帽子, PPT课件、电脑等教学过程:一、组织教学与复习1. First say hello to each other. Then have a free talk. E.g. What do you have? What do you like? What’s your favorite sport? What do you do in playtime at playground?2. Ask two or three pupils to make daily reports. 二、新知识的呈现与归纳1. 听圣诞歌并看图回答问题:ShowPPT play a Christmas song(展示课件第1~7屏),Let the children listen to the song and see the pictures, then ask “What can you see?” “What do you think of these pictures?” 接着揭示课题Christmas, Show(展示课件第8屏), tell Christmas story。
设计意图:三年级的孩子最喜欢听故事了,尤其是他们感兴趣的Christmas的故事,让学生了解Christmas的来历,是要营造一个圣诞节的氛围和情景,让学生在情景中学英语,然后教师扮演Santa教单词,可以让学生对新内容充满好奇和期待 (用同样的方法进行其它单词的教学)2. Ask: “Do you know something about Christmas?” “What do you do at Christmas?”Well, please look at me. (1) 呈现一张纸做卡片教词组make cards. Show a piece of paper, make a card and say: Look! I’m making a card. Then ask: What can I do? Teach them to say: make cards. Show them(展示课件第9屏), teach “make cards”(2) 通过课件呈现句型:Show the pupils(展示课件第9屏)and let them try to say the sentences: “What do you do at Christmas? We make cards. (3) 呈现课件第10屏,提问: What is she doing? Teach them to say the phrases: wrap presents. Encourage them to say sentences: “What do you do at Christmas? We wrap presents. (4) 展示课件第11屏学习: eat turkey. Encourage them to say sentences: “What do you do at Christmas? We eat turkey. (5) 展示课件第12屏学习: give presents, get presents. Encourage them to say sentences: “What do you do at Christmas? We give presents. & “What do you do at Christmas? We get presents. Ask them to do actions, too. In this step, I prepare some small presents to the children to practice “give” & “get” by doing actions. (6) 展示课件第13屏学习句子:: Grandma and Grandpa. Tell them we usually go to see Grandma and Grandpa at Christmas. Encourage them to say sentences: “What do you do at Christmas? We see Grandma and Grandpa”.3. 播放视频,跟读句子Play the video; let the children repeat the sentences. 4. 学习其它短语:Christmas Tree Merry Christmas! Santa Claus5. 玩游戏Play games. (1)Teacher say sounds, and the children try to say the correct words. (2) Teacher gives some letters to the children; let them find out the words. (展示课件第15屏)设计意图:这些游戏很好的锻炼学生的注意力和反应力,能考察学生对新知的掌握情况,还能让教师知道哪些学生掌握的好,哪些学生掌握的不够,方便老师在接下来的学习中能很好的安排分层练习。
三、新知识的巩固和运用1. 呈现PPT:. Point out the words Merry Christmas.2. Read the children’s speech bubbles. Get the pupils to repeat them after me.3. 看图回答4. 表演对话:Role-play the dialogue: e.g. what do you do at Christmas? We make cards.5. 句型操练1) Give each student a slip of paper with a phrase on it, e.g. “make cards”.(2) Show slide Number Eight and explain it to the students.(3) 二人小组练习:Have the students work in pairs. They must follow the conversation on slide eight. Use their paper phrases to answer the question. Have two higher ability students to model the conversation at the front of the classroom.(4) 一分钟游戏:After one minute of the game, ask students to pass their paper forward one desk. Everyone should have a new phrase. Students repeat the conversa。
