3、ers direct-hire suppliers, contractors and their subcontractors. Contractors may, however, when agreed through project engagement processes, utilize their own standards and procedures in so far as the requirements of their standards are at least equivalent to those of this Standard and those of applicable National and Local regulations which should be read and complied with in conjunction with this Standard. 这个标准适用于在北京环球主题公园及度假区项目现场的所有雇员、业主直接雇佣商，承包商及其分包商。但是承包商如果得到批准可以使用自己的标准和程序，他们的标准最少是和这个标准一致的，

4、同时满足项目和适用的国家和当地的法规。This Standard applies where 该标准适用于下列情况：Where a person is present / working less than 2m above the level to which they or an object could fall; however specific hazards are below that increase the likelihood of injury or property damage (for example falling onto a sharp object or into a hazardous chemical);人员/作业人员在水平面上方2米以内的高处作业且可能会跌落或物体会坠落时；但是，该作业高度下方的特定危险可能会加大人员伤害或财产损失（例如：跌落在尖锐的物体上或有害的化学品中）;Special tasks such as emergency rope rescue and abseiling are not covered by this Stan

5、dard. These activities shall undergo task specific risk assessment. This Standard does not include falls on a level (slips and trips). 本标准未讲述紧急绳索救援及沿绳下降法之类的专业作业。此类作业需实施作业特殊风险评估。本标准内容也未涉及水平面跌倒（滑倒及绊倒）危险。Any not being included herein shall be compliance with the Technical Code for Working Safely at Height of Building Construction JGJ80-2016.任何未包含在该程序中的内容，当遵从施工高处作业安全技术规范JGJ80-2016。3.0 Terms and Definitions 术语和定义Working at Height高处作业The work being performed at height of 2m fall base level and that co

6、uld be resulting a fall from height.在坠落高度基准面2m或2m以上有可能坠落的高处进行的作业。Fall Arrest Systems 坠落捕捉系统 Types of fall arrest systems include: work positioning/fall arrest harness; fall arresters; lanyards; absorbers and retractable lifelines. 坠落捕捉系统分别包括：作业锚固点、防坠落安全带、防坠抓绳器、安全系绳、缓冲包以及可收缩的救生绳。Fragile or Brittle Roof 易碎或脆性屋面Fragile or brittle sheeting shall be considered as any building sheet material which if tested would fail the impact resistance level. In this Standard, a ceiling is regarded as fragile shee

7、ting.易碎或脆性板材系指经测试达不到抗冲击强度等级的所有建筑板材，在本标准中，天花板屋面被视为脆性板材。Guardrails / Handrails 栏杆/扶手 A guardrail, handrail system is an edge protection rail system.栏杆、扶手系统系指临边防护围栏系统。Step Ladder爬梯A self-supporting portable ladder of fixed length having flat steps or treads and hinged back legs.独立支撑式便携爬梯，长度固定，设有平直踏板或梯级以及铰链连接的撑脚。Lanyard系索A rope (nylon or steel cable) suitable for supporting one person. 能支撑一个人重量的绳索（尼龙或钢索）。Lifeline生命绳Lifeline includes 2 types vertical lifeline and horizontal lifeline.生命绳包括垂直生命绳和水平生命绳两

8、种。 A vertically suspended rope with one end attached to a stationary object - such as a structural member, capable of supporting at least 2, 268 kilograms (5000 pounds) of dead weight, with the other end attached to a lanyard or safety harness.垂直悬吊绳索，一头系于固定物体上-如：结构件，至少能支撑2268公斤（5000英镑）的载重量，另一头系于系索或安全背带上。 A horizontal lifeline (Dia.12mm) is normally connected with the structure or stationary points at the both sides of the rope and used for hooking the safety harness while working at height for f

9、all protection.水平生命绳，一般直径用12mm 的钢绳，两端系挂在结构或其他牢固的地方，供人员高处作业时系挂安全带挂钩，预防高处坠落。Lift Box吊篮A light-duty work stage designed for the purpose of carrying personnel to perform work at a remote location, being connected to a crane hook by slings. 轻型工作平台，旨在将人员运输至远处执行工作，通过吊索连至起重机吊钩上。Mechanical Elevating Work Platforms 机械升降工作平台Mechanical elevating platforms include cherry pickers, boom arms, scissors lift, order pickers, and building maintenance units.机械升降工作平台包括车载升降台、起重臂、剪式升降车、拣料车，以及建筑维护装置。Mobile Platforms 可移动平台A mobile-engineered platform that is not mechanically driven and not extendable, e.g., wheel skid mounted platform. 非机械驱动且不可伸缩的可移动工作平台，例如：轮式移动平台。 Rope Grabs (Fall Arrester) 制动抓绳器Automatic lifeline devices that act by inertia (resistance to movement) to grab the lifel
