盛丰物流集团福清分公司的仓储管理分析与对策 I摘 要物流是国民经济的动脉，是联系生产和消费、联系城市和乡村的纽带仓储作为物流的一种功能要素，作为连接生产者和消费者的纽带对整个物流系统有很大影响,高效合理的仓储可以帮助企业加快物资流动的速度，降低成本，保证生产的顺利进行，并可以实现资源的有效利用物流体系的迅速发展要求有完善的仓储作业水平为保障，而目前我国仓储业的发展还无法满足需要，与我国经济发展规模、发展速度和社会需求相比，仍有不小的距离，仓储业发展明显滞后，存在的问题也比较多因此，我国对仓储业的发展应引起足够重视文章分析了我国物流仓储业的现状和存在的问题，结合盛丰物流集团福清分公司的仓储管理的实例，对其现状进行综合分析，并指出存在的问题，分别从仓库利用、仓储成本及仓储设施三个方面进行研究，并提出改进的建议从而提高我们对仓储管理的认识，降低物流仓储费用，提高我们的物流服务水平关键词：仓储管理；仓库利用；仓储成本；仓储设施 盛丰物流集团福清分公司的仓储管理分析与对策 IIAbstractLogistics is the national economy arterial, link being connection give birth to a child and consume, contacting the city and the country. Prompt logistics system desire for development has perfect warehousing and storage activities for level ensuring, our country keeps development of job in a storehouse but at present having no way to satisfy need，develop speed and social demand with our country economic growth scale, being compared with each other , still have no small distance, keep a job in a storehouse developing obvious lagging, have problem can't compare many. Therefore, our country responds to keeping development of job in a storehouse arouse be enough to take seriously.This paper analyzes the present situation of China's logistics storage property and problems with ShengFeng logistics group of the branch of the warehouse t fuqing examples, the comprehensive analysis of the present situation, and it points out the existing problems, separately from the warehouse utilization, warehousing costs and Warehouse equipment three aspects conducts the research, and put forward the improvement Suggestions. So as to improve our understanding of warehouse management, reduce logistics warehousing costs and improve our logistics service level。
