7页Yangtze River Pharmaceutical Group 扬子江药业集团有限公司 GEA清洗储罐液位确认文件一、 验证目的因GEA清洗储罐需要定期清洁,无法确认清洗液尝试,故需要确认GEA制粒线WIP系统纯化水储罐液位显示线性关系,计算出液位对应的水的重量,以保证清洗液浓度符合SOP要求二、 验证对象RT-3000纯化水储罐液位计三、 验证方法1.综述:该储罐的液位显示是通过罐体积比进行计量的车间SOP需要知道一定比例量的显示对应罐体容积数量如显示10%对应水的体积、显示20%对应水的体积等等鉴于罐体下部不规则,如下图,本次验证需要确认在不规则阶段与规格阶段体积比对应的水的体积,以确定罐体显示容积2.方法:每放一桶水(100L)计算液位下降的数值,然后计算,每桶水重量与液位差之间的比值,来计算单位液位情况下水的重量2.1.先将纯化水放入罐中,使液位计显示到约40%,然后用水泵将水排到不锈钢桶中,至液位中显示X%止,称出纯水重量2.3.继续排水至不锈钢桶中,然后再称出每桶水的重量循环操作,直到罐中水放空为止2.5.在排水过程中需要记录,水位在下图b线处的液位显示值。
