矿粉加热安定性试验作业指导书3.18.1 目的与适用范围 1、矿粉的加热安定性是矿粉在热拌过程中受热而不产生变质的性能 2、矿粉的加热安定性用于评价矿粉(除石灰石粉、磨细生石灰粉、水泥外)易受热变质的成分的含量3.18.2仪具与材料 蒸发皿或坩埚：可存放100g矿粉 加热装置：煤气炉或电炉 温度计：最小刻度为1℃3.18.3试验步骤 1、称取矿粉100g，装入蒸发皿或坩埚中，摊开 2、将盛有矿粉的蒸发皿或坩埚置于煤气炉或电炉火源上加热，将温度计插入矿粉中，一边搅拌石粉，一边测量温度，加热到200℃，关闭火源 3、将矿粉在室温中放置冷却，观察石粉颜色的变化3.18.4报告 报告石粉在受热后的颜色变化，判断石粉的变质情况。
