The device isfabricated with advanced sub-micron CMOS technologyto achieve high speed enable and disable times and lowOn Resistance. The break before make select circuitryprevents disruption of signals on the B Port due to bothswitches temporarily being enabled during select pinswitching. The device is specified to operate over the1.65 to 5.5V V CC operating range. The control input toler-ates voltages up to 5.5V independent of the V CC operat-ing range.
