薄膜包装机是封口机械中的典型类型之一随着现代科学技术的不断发展成熟，不同样种的需求品的呈现，对食品包装技术和设备都带来了严峻的挑战本论文在研究机械包装的发展情况上，同时对国内外的同行业进行了概述，并严谨地探讨了封口机械的结构特点和工作原理本设计进行了薄膜包装机的设计方案论证、包装原理分析、机械结构设计和强度计算等，其工作原理是薄膜卷装在可调节轴向距离的轴上，薄膜经导向滚筒、牵引滚筒进入薄膜导向成型器,然后通过加热器进而，纵封辊将薄膜横封成筒状，横封辊将筒状薄膜的底部封口，制成敞口袋，供料机构向敞口袋内充填物料，然后横封辊将敞口袋的口封合，切割装置的切刀将连续包装袋切成单袋，完成包装过程本文设计的薄膜包装机，是通过流水线带式传动自动进行上料和下料，由气缸传力到压头压紧，分割器和转盘完成分盒和停顿作用此文不仅对包装机总体和各构建的结构设计，而且也阐述了它们的工作原理，对一些特别关键的构建还进行了性能分析和安全性分析 【关键词】薄膜机；包装机械；薄膜封口 I Abstract Packaging machinery has an indispensable role in modern mechanicalindustry system , in the packaging process is the last portant in the production of products. Film packaging machine is one of the typical types of sealing machine.ent of modern science and technologymature, demand is not the same kind of product, the food packaging technology and equipment have brought serious challenges.This thesis on the development of packaging machinery in research, atthe same time in the same industry at home and abroad marized in , and carefully discusses the structural characteristics and achine. This design has carried on the film packaging machine, packaging design scheme of the argument principle analysis, the mechanical structure design and strength calculation, etc., its package on the axis of the adjustable axial distance, thin film is entered into the film orientation guide roller, traction roller forming, and then through the heater.
