    • 酸枣仁皂苷论文:改善睡眠功能性饮料酒的开发【中文摘要】睡眠是我们日常生活中一种重要的生理现象 ,睡眠跟人们的生理和心理活动有密切的关系,对人的健康和生活有着至关 重要的影响良好的睡眠可以帮助人们恢复体力和精力 ,因此失眠和睡眠障碍问题越来越受到人们的关注但是,随着现代社会的快速发 展,人们的生活节奏也逐渐加快,工作压力以及各方面的压力也越来 越大,失眠问题已经成为困扰我们日常生活的常见疾病我国是使用 中草药的大国,中医学对改善睡眠的认识有独到的见解中医临床主 要通过辨证施治,应用中药复方来治疗失眠目前,有越来越多的学者 正在研究中药治疗失眠的病理机理,中草药具有实践的独特疗效性, 日益受到世界各国的关注本论文研究了改善睡眠药酒的开发卫生 部将酸枣仁列为药食同源类物品,根据酸枣仁中有效活性成分酸枣仁 皂苷的物理和化学性质,设计提取工艺,并根据Box-Behnken的中心 组合设计原理,采用三因素三水平的响应面分析方法,然后对各因子 显著性和交互作用进行分析,得出了超声提取酸枣仁皂苷 A的最佳工 艺条件为:乙醇浓度69.8%,超声温度44.6 C ,超声功率74.1W,及此时 酸枣仁皂苷A的实际产量为321.09卩g/g。

      采用HPLC对酸枣仁皂苷 进行检测流动相为梯度洗脱:最初5 min为乙腈-水(20:80),5~20 min内乙腈浓度梯度上升为70%,20~22 min乙腈浓度梯度回到20%, 检测波长:203 nm流动相应用梯度洗脱,能将目标物质和其他组分分 离开,检测准确通过对小鼠自主活动影响实验、直接睡眠实验、延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间实验、戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠实验 ,研究表明,酸枣仁皂苷具有改善小鼠睡眠的作用选择红枣、百合、柏子仁、 蜂蜜等药食同源的原料进行水提,与超声提取的酸枣仁皂苷进行配伍 实验,并以优质黄酒作为酒基,开发了一种低度、营养、具有改善睡眠 功能的黄酒饮料然后进行第二次小鼠药理活性实验 ,建立一个新型药物模型即酸枣仁皂苷提取物与红枣、百合、柏子仁水提物配伍混合 治疗,具有较好的改善睡眠效果英文摘要】 The sleep is one of the important physiological phe nomenons in our daily life; it closely related to our physical and mental activity, it has an important effect on people ' s health and life. As a com mon disease, Insomnia bothers us in daily life.Chinese herbal medicine is a nation ' s treasure and there is unique recog niti on on improve sleep and insomnia in traditional Chinese medicine. According to the clinical dataobserved by the Traditional Chinese Medicine, it treats mainlysleep-disorder somnipathy with Chinese medical prescriptions.Curre ntly, more and more scholars are study ing path mecha nism of in som nia treatme nt by Chin ese herbs. It attracts atte nti onfrom the entire world for its effect in clinical practice that there is unique curative effect on improving sleep quality with the Traditi onal Chin ese medic in es. In this paper we study the developme nt of enhancing sleep rice win e.Accord ing to the physical and chemical properties of jujuboside that is the effective eleme nt of traditi onal Chin ese medic ine and desig n extraction. According to the Box-Behnken of central compositeexperime ntal desig n prin ciples, the resp onse surface method with 3 factors and 3 levels wasadopted. The results showedthat the optimum conditions were that ethanol concentration of 69.8%,ultrasonic temperature of 44.6 °C , ultrasonic power of 74.1w,Under such conditions the actual extraction yield of jujubosideA could be up to 321.09 卩 g/g. This method can be used to extract jujuboside from seme n ziziphi spino se.The jujuboside content was detected by HPLC, Mobile phase to use gradie nt eluti on: acet on itrile — water(20:80) at first 5mi n, acet on itrileconcen trati on gradie nt up to 70% at 5~20 min, aceto ni trile concen trati on gradie nt back to 20% at 20~22 min and detecti on at 203nm. Gradient elution can separate target material and other comp onents.lt was studied by measuri ng the spontan eous activity experimental of mice, the experiments ofsleep-i nduced directly, pro longing sleep ing time in duced by pen tobarbital sodium and affect ing mouse sleep ing rate un der the threshold hyp nogen esis dosage of pen tobarbital sodium. Theresults show that the jujuboside possess calm and hyp no tic effects.We select four kinds of medici nal and edible raw material, i nclud ing red date, lily bulb, shelled cedar seed, honey to get water extract are added ultras onic extract of jujuboside to compatibility experiment. And use high quality rice wine as the wine base, developed a low degree, nutrition, sleep fun cti on improveme nt rice wi ne beverage. The n we carry through the sec ond pharmacology experime nt to test the effect with the Jujuboside extract and water extract of red date, lily, and shelled cedar seed.
