在经过了金融危机的冲击之后，世界各个国家对能源的争夺都更加的明显 如今中俄两国出于各自利益的考虑，加强了相互的沟通，两国高层领导协商也进 入到了历史上最好的时期然而，两国高层领导虽有意向加强能源、政治等方面 的合作，且在2013年达成了 13项有关能源问题的决议，但是关注中俄两国能源 合作的历史以及合作背景对于发现其中存在的问题仍然非常有意义中国作为一 个能源非常缺乏的国家，又面临工业化需要进一步推进的阶段，能源的进口是关 系到国家安危的重要事情，与俄罗斯的能源合作关系到中国的能源战略中俄两 国的自身投资能力和投资环境问题，再加上美、日等大国出于自身利益对中俄两 国合作的阻碍，是两国开展能源合作面临的最主要问题本文在国际贸易理论的指导下，运用定量分析的方法，对影响两国能源合作 的可测量因素进行深入的分析，证明了我国目前所处的阶段对能源有着刚性的需 求，同时查阅大量资料，得出需要处理好和俄罗斯国家的关系，增强两国的政治 互信程度的结论同时，提高能源利用效率，创新能源合作模式也是我国可采用 的应对策略关键词：关键词：中国，俄罗斯，能源合作，现状，影响因素 AbstractSino-Russian energy cooperation has gone through decades of ups and downs , during which they overcame a sort of difficulties. Although energy cooperation between the two countries started very early , the road was not very smoothly. After the financial crisis , all the countries around the world want the energy more. Nowadays , China and IIRussia strengthened mutual communication between senior leadership for their own consideration , which make the relationship between them entered into the best period in history. They now reached 13 agreements on energy issues in 2013, which proved their determination to enhance the relationship both on economical and political ways. However, it is still very meaningful to pay a high attention on the history and background of the Sino-Russian energy coorporation. China is a big country lack of energy, the need to promote the industrialization phase in the country make it more urgent to have a stable import channel. The importing of energy can affect the safety of a country, so it is very ipmortant for China to have a good coorporation with the energy problems. It is not only the problems between China and Russian can influence their cooperation, such as the lack of capabilities to invest in another country and the undecent investment environment, but also other big countries in the world, like United States and Jaoan. So there is a lot of problems to concern.In this paper, I use quantitative analysis methods to find out the influnce of several measurable factors under the guidance of international trade theory. It turned out China will have a large and stable demand for energy. In addition, I concluded China need to have a good relationship with Russian and strenghed their political connection while access to large amounts of data.
