本文在已有横向磁通电机的基础上提出了一种新型双向交链横向磁通圆筒型直线永磁同步电机,很好的解决了传统横向磁通电机两个相邻初级铁心间隔一个极距的缺陷,大大提高的电机的推力密度本文在对这种电机的理论研究下,得到了 BCTF 电机的设计方法,并制作了样机进行验证 本文首先对 BCTF 电机的磁路模型进行了分析,得到了电机空载反电势、电磁推力、每相电阻、每相电感的表达式,构建了完整的数学模型 在分析磁路模型之后,对电机的参数尺寸进行了分析,得到了电机的主尺寸对推力密度的关系,在保证推力密度最大的前提下设计电机的初级、次级尺寸,得到了完整的 BCTF 电机的设计流程 对所得尺寸电机进行有限元分析,验证设计方法采用 ANSOFT12 软件,对电机的齿宽、极距、初级单元厚度等进行了仿真分析,在保证推力密度的前提下尽量减小电机定位力与漏磁,得到电机的优化尺寸 制作一台 380W 三相圆筒型样机,对所得样机进行实验分析,测得反电势、推力、电阻值,通过实验与仿真结果,验证 BCTF 电机设计方法的准确性 关键词:双向交链;横向磁通;圆筒型电机;磁场解析:有限元分析 哈尔滨工业大学工学硕士学位论文 - II - Abstract The transverse flux configuration motor as a new motor carry out the decoupling of the electrical load and the magnet load.which can greatly improve the motor’s thrust density.the low-speed high-thrust motors show a broad application prospects.the motor is valuable. In this paper, a new Bidirectional Crosslinking transverse flux cylindrical linear permanent magnet synchronous motor (BCTFCLPMSM) has been proposed based on transverse flux motor, to solve the the defect of traditional transverse flux motor interval of two adjacent primary core.thereby the of the motor's thrust density has been greatly increased. In this paper, the theoretical study of this motor and get the way of BCTF motor design and produced a prototype for validation. This article firstly analyzed BCTF motor circuit, and get the motor no-load EMF, electromagnetic force, per phase resistance, inductance per phase expression, building a complete model. After analyzing the magnetic circuit model, the parameters of the motor size was analyzed, and get the relationship between thrust densityand the main dimensions of the motor, under the premise of the thrust density ensuring the highest, get a complete BCTF The motor design process. Then use finite element analysis to verify design methods. By ANSOFT12 software, the motor tooth width, pole distance, the thickness of the primary unit of a simulation analysis, the premise of ensuring the thrust density to minimize orientation force and leakage flux motor positioning to get optimal size of the motor. Made a 380W motor,After the analysis of the obtained experimental prototype, the EMF, thrust, resistance, through experimental and simulation results to verify the accuracy of BCTF motor design.
