      导致自我否定的模式产生 (2)比较教育 你看看别人家的孩子,表现得多好,不但学习好还听话,你再看看你比较的结果只能让自己的孩子形成对自己的不满意和压力, 并憎恨那些学习好和听话的孩子,反而不会和那些成绩好的孩子为友即使父母希望自己的孩子可以和学习成绩好的孩子在一起玩, 但是孩子一定会选择那些比自己成绩更差的孩子在一起玩儿 因为和那些学习成绩差的孩子在一起,自己就变成了学习成绩好的,会获得成就感和价值感 (3)苦难教育 “书山有路勤为径,学海无涯苦作舟”“吃得苦中苦,方为人上人”等,似乎唯有经历苦难才能取得人生成就, 这搞得家长和孩子们都认为学习很痛苦是一件很正常的事, 无情地抹杀了孩子们可以从学习中获得快乐体验的机会和可能性 (4)功利教育 “万般皆下品,唯有读书高”“抹不去的状元情结,一人得道鸡犬升天,出人头地, 光宗耀祖”这些思想根存于中国人的集体潜意识, 即使在今天,依然有很多人不知道我们为什么要接受教育 现在很多父母和孩子,包括一部分老师只知道孩子一定要考上大学,或者教育的目标变成一定要考上大学至于为什么要上大学,完全没有理性的思考,结果很多孩子上了大学以后却迷失了,完全不知道自己的人生目标和方向。

      (5)权威教育 父母说你行, 你就行, 不行也行; 父母说你不行, 你就不行, 行也不行 父母说你好, 你就好, 不好也好; 父母说你不好, 你就不好, 好也不好 孩子的行不行、好不好,完全由家长来决定,这让孩子在父母面前几乎没有尊严,不被尊重,很难形成安全和归属的感觉孩子的成就感和价值感也不是来自孩子的内在的感受和自我评价,而是来自外在的评判,这会让很多孩子更多的关注父母的脸色和态度, 而不是关注自己的行为本身。
