10页如有帮助,欢迎下载10( 1 )故障灯状态说明 :发动机的故障闪码读取方法及故障代码本电控系统的故障灯一般位于仪表盘显示屏上(如下图所示) ,个别整车厂也可能把故障灯布置于仪表盘的按键位置正常来说,电控系统上电后,未起动发动机时故障灯是常亮的,发动机起动后故障灯熄灭,如果出现电控系统上电后故障灯不亮,此时可能是故障灯或其驱动线束有问题;如果电控系统上电后故障灯闪烁,此时可能发动机存在电控系统相关故障(可能为当前故障或历史故障) ,若其故障为历史故障则发动机起动后故障灯会熄灭,历史故障码一般可以通过关钥匙后断开发动机供电总闸片刻( 20 秒以上)来清除;如果电控系统上电后,故障灯常亮或闪烁,发动机起动后故障灯仍然常亮或闪烁,则发动机可能存在电控系统相关故障,此时可以通过读取故障闪码来判断是什么故障以针对性检查排除故障故障灯( 2 )故障闪码的读取方法和输出原理:在电控系统上电后,当 ECM 的56# 针脚接收到接地信号后,故障闪码功能将被激活并通过故障指示灯闪烁输出当ECM 监测到用户请求故障闪码输出时, ECM 将通过闪码按照顺序以一个标准次数输出一个标准代码该标准代码设置为 123 ,故障代码闪码输出标准次数设置为 3 次。
