    • 摘 要随着中国经济的迅速发展,模具已经成为现今工业生产不可或缺的装备,占有着越来越重要的地位在这样的发展形式下选择模具设计这样一个有意义的是一次非常重要的锻炼机会冲压是机械制造中先进的加工方法之一,它利用压力机通过模具对板料加压,使其产生塑性变形或者分离,从而获得一定形状、尺寸和性能的零件冲压的主要设备是冲床和冲裁模具经过查阅资料,首先要对零件进行工艺分析,经过工艺分析和对比,采用冲孔落料工序,通过冲裁力、顶件力、卸料力等计算,确定压力机的型号再分析对冲压件加工的模具适用类型选择所需设计的模具得出将设计模具类型后将模具的各工作零部件设计过程表达出来 在模具设计当中,产品的冲压工艺不可能都象各种工艺的基本运动那样简单,应当要根据具体情况对产品工艺作好运动分析,再据此作进一步的设计在对产品工艺运动作分析时,应主要考虑其必要性、时间性、可行性,还应具有创造性必要性是指运用基本运动原理判断需要那些运动来实现产品工艺;时间性是指所需各项运动的先后顺序;可行性是指能否通过结构设计和力学设计来实现所需运动;创造性是指在前述运动无法被实现或运动无法完全实现产品工艺的情况下,要善于大胆采用新方法去努力实现产品工艺,也就是前面所说的对机械运动的灵活运用。

      冲压过程存在多种多样的机械运动,而各种机械运动对冲压工艺实现与冲压件品质的影响也各不相同,因而在冲压模具设计中对机械运动的控制和灵活运用对提高设计水平和保证冲压件品质具有重要意义 在论文中第一部分,主要叙述了冲压模具的发展状况,说明了冲压模具的重要性与本次设计的意义,接着是对冲压件的工艺分析,完成了工艺方案的确定第二部分,进行冲裁工艺力的计算和冲裁模工作部分的设计计算,对选择冲压设备提供依据最后对主要零部件的设计和标准件的选择,为本次设计模具的绘制和模具的成形提供依据,以及为装配图各尺寸提供依据通过前面的设计方案画出模具各零件图和装配图再结合现今模具生产厂家的具体经验进行结构设计,切实将设计做到能够应用在实际生产中,使模具更具有实用性本次设计阐述了冲压模具的结构设计及工作过程本模具性能可靠,运行平稳,提高了产品质量和生产效率,降低劳动强度和生产成本关键字:冲压;冲孔;模具结构 ABSTRACTWith China's rapid economic development, mold has become indispensable to today's industrial production equipment, occupy an increasingly important position.
