工作步骤说工作步骤说明设备 Equipment: 配电箱等配电系统 Power distribution box and distribution system工作内容 Scope of Work: 红外扫描测试，紧固螺丝，配电箱清扫Infrared scanning test, Screw fastening, Distribution box cleaning1． 按原定工作计划与用户确认巡检时间和所巡检的设备According to original planning, the schedule and equipment list for inspection should be confirmed with the client.2． 双方确认时间后，工程师按时到场，告知用户巡检的步骤，所需要的时间以及存在的风险After inspection schedule is confirmed, engineer arrives at site on time and informs the client of the inspection procedures, time needed and possible risks.3． 得到确认后，进行检查：Inspection work will start upon receipt of client's permission.A. 检查配电箱系统图是否完整Check all the distribution box & system drawings.B. 利用超声探测仪探测线路虚接打火现象，进行准确定位。

Use ultrasonic device to detect the accurate positions of the possible fire spot due to improper wire connection.C. 使用红外测温仪对运行中的电气设备进行精确的测温，准确记录电气系统的即时温度情况Use infrared thermometer to measure the working temperature of the electrical equipments. Record accurately the real time temperature of electrical system.D. 通过真有效值钳形电流表和常规钳形电流表测量并记录电流值，发现异常电流（如PE线是否存在电流等）Use the RMS clamp meter and conventional clamp meter to measure the current and record the measurements. Find irregular currents (for instance, current presents in PE wire, etc.)E. 观察并记录电气设施的实际安装情况。

采用区域检测流程，由检测员对双方确认的检测区域实施无盲点检测Check and record the electrical equipments' actual installation conditions. Conduct inspection procedures area by area. Make sure that the inspection covers all the area according to the pre-defined / confirmed inspection area by both parties.F. 在客户的允许下紧固配电箱螺丝，清扫配电箱内部螺丝Fasten the screws in distribution box under the client’s permission. Clean dust in the distribution box.G. 现场检测记录由文字记录和与之相对应的声像记录组成，确保检测过程的准确性、公正性、可追溯性Site inspection record should present in both text and corresponding photo/audio/video to make sure that the inspection activities are accurate, righteous and traceable.H. 检查开关是否有发黄或漏油情况Visual check if the switches yellowing and oil leakage is found.4． 恢复相关设备，保证所有系统都工作在初始状态。

Recover relative equipments. Ensure all the systems are working in their primitive conditions.5． 移交相关物品，并将巡检记录交给用户签字确认及存档Hand over relative materials. Inspection record should be signed off and kept by the client.Risk Assessment风险评估报告危险 Risk: 中 Medium潜在危险 Potential risk: 本测试属于“非接触”检测This inspection is conducted under “online non-contact” condition.风险分析 Risk analysis:1. 本测试属于“非接触”检测，配电箱等电气设备在检查时是带电的This is an online non-contact inspection. Distribution boxes and other equipments are powered on during inspection.2. 在测试时，需打开配电箱，在操作中存在将开关误碰，导致个别开关掉电的危险Distribution boxes are open during inspection. Switches may be powered off by accidentally touch.控制风险的措施 Rick management measures:为了规避所有风险，尽量不对负载造成任何影响，我方会做好以下工作：Following operations are conducted to avoid possible risks and influences to the system loading:1. 派指定工程师准时到现场操作。

Engineers will arrive at site on time.2. 划定工作区域，做好标志，不允许无关人员进入影响巡检Define working area. Unauthorized staffs are prohibited to enter the working area.3. 准备好符合电气规定的合格仪表及工具Prepare qualified electrical instruments and tools.4. 相关设备的说明书及技术支持Prepare instruction manuals and technical supports for relative equipments.5. 必要的绝缘和保护装备Prepare all necessary insulation and protection materials or devices.6. 谨慎的进行测试测量工作，操作过程中工程师时刻在场，避免因为疏忽大意造成事故Conduct measurement work rigorously. Engineer will stay on site during the whole inspection period to avoid accidents.7. 如果在维护检查的过程中发现有电池或任何零部件问题，我方人员将及时说明并以库存及时予以更换。

If battery and other components are found malfunctioning during inspection, our engineer will inform the client and replace them with stock material in time.。
