I'm contestant NO _.Now, please allow me to introduce you something about ___(板书标题). I'll talk about it from four parts as following : teaching materials, teaching methods and learning strategies, teaching procedures and blackboard design. First, teaching materials. 1. Status and functions of the materials: This lesson is from PEP Junior middle school English, Go for it, students' book, Grade __, Book __(上册是one,下册是two).It is closely related to the students’ daily life. Target language is popular with the students. So it’s easy to evoke the students’ interests and improve their communicative abilities. 2. Analysis of the students : The Ss have learned English for about__ so far. They can understand some words, some simple sentences and be able to make use of English into communication. The students have taken a great interest in English now. 3. Teaching goals: (1) knowledge goal: the students will master the new words(__) and phrases(__). (2) ability and affection goals: Drill the students’ comprehensive abilities, such as the students can use ____freely. Enable the students to help each other. 4. Important and difficult points: (1) important points: the phrases__and the target language_.(2) difficult points: the transition to (the simple past tense). Second, teaching methods and learning strategies:According to the New Course Standard and the New Course Innovation, I adopt total physical response, task-based method and situation method. Since the students are very young, I’ll try to interest them and encourage them to study and practise target language and research the questions during the tasks by themselves. The students will master the knowledge by studying and practicing.The students can achieve the goals by accomplishing tasks. Third, teaching tools: a tape recorder, Cards and the multimedia. Now, please allow me to introduce my teaching procedures. I divide them into _parts as following: First, lead-in. listen and sing an English song __before class. Let the students do the action while listening. Song appreciation can create relaxing and happy study atmosphere for students, excite students' curiosity. Then have a free talk with the students. For example, "(问已知语言)”Here is a natural transition to the new lesson. It takes about 2 minutes. Second, brainstorming. Turn to the target language "(板书本课句型,注意结构设计)”For example, "__", helping students to answer. Write down the new words on the blackboard while the students are answering .Lead to the new words. Then we'll play a game - The aquarium adventure. There is much water around us. It’s very dangerous to stay in the water and we should rescue ourselves from the sea. Give you some minutes to memorize them. Then show them to you one by one. One student pretends to be a shark. Another student will say the word or phrases in English when they see the Chinese on the card. The doer should say it within 2 seconds. Then the doer could rescue from the aquarium. Or else, the doer will be punished by the shark like this. See who does best. TPR enable students study and grasp knowledge in the relaxing and lively atmosphere. The participation of all the sense organs make the memory of words more smooth. Carry on the little contest. It evokes students' participation in the classroom activity more actively. The students can carry on the transition to the new lesson naturally. It takes about 8 minutes. Third, presentation. (板书句型或在已板书句型上标出A:___B:___)Encourage the students to read the target language. After the students read the target language ,I will praise them in time to cultivate their confidence .Then play the tape recorder once and the students will check their pronunciation, intonation, sentence stress and liaison. Play again and the students read after it. listening and reading can cultivate the students' language sense.It takes about 5 minutes. Then, practicing and consolidation. Call attention to 1a/2a. They will make dialogues with their deskmates according to it. At this time, I'll walk around to collect students' problems. For example, the new words' pronunciation and the usages and the meanings of the sentences. Then every group will give a dialogue to have a competition as a best speaker. After that, use the multimedia to show the key points and difficult points. Then teach and explain by examples. After that, they will read target language again and try to fill in the blanks that I give. Give them some minutes to prepare and then they will fill in the blanks without looking at books. Then discuss with their partner why they do so and each group selects one student to write down their answers on the blackboard. Cultivate their abilities of the cooperation and competition. Encourage the students to study and research by themselves. It will arouse the students' great interests in studyi。
