China and ASEAN are countries in Asia and also are Powerful nations of textile exports. These countries have many similarities in the geographical position，the natural condition and the technical level in production. So these countries have many similarities in trade structure. That means there are much competition in product export and market especially in textile trade between China and ASEAN. Therefore before the truly forms of the global textile trade integration, the area become to be the pressure to China day by day. Under the quick development of China and ASEAN textile trade, this article is to study the textile industry of China and, using the comprehensive analysis, to discuss bilateral exportation structures of textile and their trade relation.On April 30, 1999, Cambodia joined the ASEAN officially, 10 countries (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Burma, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam) the formed finally. In the ASEAN-10, we designated that Thailand, Vietnam and Indonesia three countries (hereafter refers to as “the Association of Southeast Asian Nations three countries”) to take the research sample, because they have occupied the quite big share in the entire trade. First Indonesia is the first largest textiles producer and exporter; Speaking of Thailand, the textile industry is also the very important Industrial Department. Since 1985, Thailand already had become one of important textile clothing export State, every year more than 60 hundred million dollars exports, the clothing export accounts for 55%, occupies the global market share 2.5%, in the world clothing exports in the national rank to be situated 12th; Vietnam, As an emerging textile clothing production and export State, in global 153 countries which produces and exports the textile, occupies 16th place, estimated that will enter first 10 to 2010. Thus it can be seen, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam will pose the significant threat to our country textile industry, it is necessary to analyze our country and the te。
