其中C座为综合办公楼,地上12层,地下1层,其中1层为商铺,2层为办公楼,3层以上为住宅C座建筑物总高度为37.65m,地上建筑面积为7539.6,地下建筑面积为1687.5 本设计是对万象金色花园C座进行结构设计,采用框架-剪力墙结构,主体为14层,本地区抗震设防烈度为8度,场地类别为Ⅱ类场地,基本雪压0.15KN/,基本风压0.30KN/首先是根据建筑设计方案、场地地质条件、施工技术条件及相关规范,选择并确定结构体系,确定整体结构方案,进行结构布置,初步确定材料强度等级及构件截面尺寸,在PMCAD软件中输入建筑模型与荷载,显示校核平面荷载,画结构平面图;生成SATWE所需的几何信息和荷载信息,选择合理的设计参数,进行结构内力和配筋计算;分析结果图形和文本;此外还进行了结构方案中的室内楼梯及详图的设计,完成了平台板、梯段板、平台梁等构件的内力和配筋计算本设计采用筏板基础,对基础进行了受力和配筋计算整个结构在设计过程中,严格遵循相关的专业规范的要求,参考相关资料和有关最新的国家标准规范,对设计的各个环节进行综合全面的科学性考虑,并应用了大量的假设、简化,在各个参数的选取、计算结果合理性的判定时也考虑它们之间的相互影响和取舍。
总之,适用、安全、经济、使用方便是本设计的原则,既要注意到总体布置的大原则,又要顾及到关键部位的细节,从根本上提高结构的可靠度设计合理可行的建筑结构方案是现场施工的重要依据关键词: 框剪结构,PKPM,主体结构计算,基础计算,楼梯计算 ABSTRACT This work for LanZhou city ,Gansu Province.Ma Real Estate Development company of the proposed development company called“gold garden”urban complex.The complex is located in a prime location in the city of LanZhou vientiane east road and the golden area between gold section,there are A,B,C,D four buildings.Where C block is a comprehensive office building,12 layer on the ground,underground 1 layer,where a layer of shops,layer 2 for office buildings,more than 3 layer for house.The total block building height of 37.65 meters,the ground floor area of approximately 7539.6 square meters,and the underground construction area of 1687.5. This design is to structure design,Vientiane golden garden C with frame-shearwall structure,subject to the 14th floor and the region seismic precautionary intensity of 8 degrees,site category for Ⅱ site,basic now pressure of 0.15KN/,0.30KN/ basic wind pressure.First of all is according to the architectural design scheme,the geologic site condition,construction technology and related specifications,select and determine the structure system,determine the overall structure scheme,structural layout,preliminary dimensions to determine the level of strength of materials and components,input in PMCAD software architecture model and load,display the load and check drawing structure plan;Generated geometry information needed for the SATWE and load information,select reasonable design parameters,structural internal force and reinforcement calculation;The results of the analysis graphics and text;In addition,the structure of indoor stair and detail design,completed the flat pallet,bench board,platform beam component of the intermal force and reinforcement calculation.This design adopts the raft foundation,on the basis of the force and reinforcement calculation.The whole structure in the design process,strictly follow the relevant professional requirements,refer to the relevant information and the latest national standards for all aspects of the design of integrated comprehensive scientific considerations,and the application of a number assumptions,simplification,in select each parameter calculations also consider the interactions and trade-offs between them when determining reasonableness.In short,suitable,safe,economical,easy to use is the principle of the design,both to note the major principle of the general layout, but also take into account the details of the key parts to improve the reliability of the structure fundamentally. Reasonable and feasible solutions designed building structure is an important basis for the construction site.
