句子类型,一、简单句： 简单句是指由一个主语（或并列主语）和一个谓语（或并列谓语）构成的句子二、复合句： 复合句是指由一个主句和一个或一个以上的从句构成的句子从句分为宾语从句、状语从句、定语从句如：I get up at six in the morning. My mother and I often go shopping. we sing and dance happily everyday,（一）什么是状语从句,状语从句在复合句中作状语,来说明一件事情发生的时间,地点,原因,条件,结果等.,（二）状语从句的分类：,时间，地点，条件，原因，让步，目的，方式，结果，比较,二、状语从句： 1、引导时间状语的从属连词,When “当时候”, 从句用一般过去时，主句用过去进行时从句的动词可用延续性/短暂性动词e.g. 她到达车站时，天正在下雨,It was raining when she arrived at the station.,(2) While “正当时”，引导从句时，谓语动词,必须是延续性的，常用进行时 e.g. 他在读书时不要制造噪音Dont make any noise while he is reading.,(3) until “直到”，谓语动词是延续性的。

not until “直到才”，谓语动词是短暂性的e. g. 他经常看书到十一点He often reads until eleven oclock.,e.g. 直到会议结束他才出现He didnt appear until the meeting had begun.,(4) after “在之后”,e.g. 填完这张表格后，请来我的办公室Please come to my office after you finish this form.,(5) before “在之前” e.g. 你走之前要说再见Say goodbye before you go.,(6) as soon as “一就”，引导的从句常用一般现在时，主句用一般将来时e.g. 我一回来就去拜访你Ill visit you as soon as I come back.,2、引导原因状语的从属连词,(1) because “因为”, 回答why提出的问题语气较强, 强调说话人认为某一原因是对方不知道、需作陈述的原因 Why were you late for class today?,Because I got up too late. (因为我起床太晚了),(2) since “既然”，用于双方都知道的原因。

e.g. 既然他这么说，那一定是真的Since he says so, it must be true.,(3) as “由于，因为”，相当于since，但语气更弱，用来表示很明显、提一下也就清楚地原因e.g. 由于天越来越黑，妈妈开始为哥哥着急Mother began to worry about my brother as It was getting dark.,3、引导目的和结果状语的从属连词,(2) 结果状语从句： so + adj/adv + that “如此以至于” e.g. 她太累了，不能再走了She is so tired that she cant go any further., such + a/an +adj + n + that “如此以致 ”,e.g. 天气那么好，许多人都到公园里来玩Its a fine day that many people go to the park for fun., such + adj + cn/un + that “如此以至于”,(1) 目的状语从句：so that “为了，以便”,e.g.你现在必须离开是为了你能赶上早班车。

You must leave now so that you can catch the early,e.g. 他吃了不健康的食品结果他病了,He ate such unhealthy food that he was ill.,4、引导让步状语从句的从属连词,though, although, even though (if) “虽然，尽管”,引导让步状语从句时不能与but同时连用e.g. 尽管雨下得很大，他还是出去了Although it rained hard, he still went out.,e.g. 尽管我有时间，可我并不想跟他去哪Even though I have enough time, I dont want to go there with him.,5、引导条件状语从句的从属连词,,（1）If 意为“如果，假如”，表示条件，if 引导的句子是条件状语从句，用一般现在时态，主句则用一般将来时态也就是所谓的“主将从现” If you eat less, you will be thinner.
