During the lease period, Party B should pay the fees for water, electricity, gas, and com muni cati on expe nse, facility expe nse, and the com munity property man ageme nt fee.六、 房屋的交付及返还:Han dover and retur n the apartme nt:6.1交付:甲方应于 年—月 日前将房屋按约定条件交付给乙方,并签署附件二《物业交接单》 ,签字后视为交付完成Han dover: Party A shall han dover the apartme nt to Party B before accord ing to the con tractedcondition, and both parties sign the《Property Handover List, attachment 1 , 2》,as completion of the Handover.6.2返还:租赁期满或合同解除后,乙方应返还该房屋及其附属设施。
甲乙双方验收后认可在附属件二《物业交 割单》上签字盖章甲乙双方应结清各自应承担的费用Retur n: Party B should retur n the apartme nt and all the con tracted items to Party A after the con tract expires or in valid, and shall clear and pay off all the related fees6.3乙方添置的新物可由其自行收回,而对于乙方装饰、装修的部分,具体处理办法为: 双方协商处理Party B can take away the new items it bought. About the decorati on made by Party B, the way to deal with is both parties will reach an agreeme nt6.4返还后对于该房屋内乙方未经甲方同意遗留的物品,甲方有权自行处理After Party B returns the con tracted apartme nt to Party A, Party A has the right to man age the stuff left by Party B without Party B ' permission.七、 房屋使用要求和维修责任 :The requireme nts of the usage and repair resp on sibilities:7.1租赁期内,乙方发现该房屋及其附属设施有损坏或故障时,应及时通知甲方修复。
甲方应在接到乙方通知后 的_7_日内进行维修逾期不维修的,乙方可代为维修,费用由甲方承担During the lease period, Party B should inform Party A in time if the contracted apartment of the contracted items arebroke n. Party A should fix them within _7_days after Party B in forms him. Party B can fix them for Party A if Party 。
