(请简单介绍一下自己)   解读:是面试必备流程之一,也不例外建议各位,在面试之前根据自己实际情况,准备3分钟左右的英文自我介绍,以便面试时能顺利流畅的应答   面试题2:What kind of salary did you have in mind?(你的期望薪资是多少?)   解读:答复这个问题时,最好说出一个大致范围,而不是一个确切的数字如果你能说出这个工资范围,那就说明你对此行业非常了解   面试题3:Why do you feel you are qualified for this job?(你为什么觉得自己胜任这份工作?)   解读:与中问面试题一样,在答复这一问题的时候,你要充分发挥你的“自夸”本质你可以讲述一些资料里没有的技能,或者再结合案例强调一下你的特长   面试题4:If hired, when could you start work?(如果雇佣的话,你什么时候开始工作?)   解读:答复这个问题时一定要注意!不要说我马上可以工作那会让对方认为你非常迫切地需要这份工作。

      一个非常保险的答复可以是“I can start at the beginning of next month.”(我下月初可以开始上班)   面试题5:What motivates you to do this kind of work? (是什么促使你想从事这类工作?)   解读:外贸业务员,是个工作压力很大的职业,如果没有兴趣很难坚持长久因此,面试官会想知道你的兴趣是否和该特定的工作一致这题你可以这样答复I’ve been fortunate in my own schooling;I had wonderful teachers.I want to be that same kind of teacher,who not only encourages kids to learn but also sets an example that inspires others to want to teach.In the long run,that?sour bestchance of turning around the quality of education in this state.   面试题6:Where do you want to be in five years?(5年之内你想处于什么位置?)   解读:不要给出详细的时限或工作头衔。

      谈你喜欢的东西,你天生的技能,实际的问题和在你所选的领域或行业里你希望有什么时机,你希望从那些中学点什么例: I’d like to have the opportunity to work in a plant as well as at the home office.I also hope to develop my management skills,perhaps by managing a small staff.   面试题7:What have you learned about our pany from customers,employees,or others? (你从我们公司的顾客、员工,或是其它途径了解了我们公司的一些什么情况?)   解读:这一题,主要是考察求职者的面试准备情况将你了解的企业情况,用简单的语言表述出来即可,知道多少说多少   #拓展知识#   第一关:一定是英文自我介绍,英文的自我介绍是理所当然的,简单的英文对话,和英文书信,简单的 用语也准备些   从网上多搜一下英文简历中对的句子会比拟有用,自我评价   第二关:问你的缺点,This is a popular question that western employers like to ask to make candidates nervous! In fact, they ask this to know how you respond to a difficult question. You shouldn't answer by telling your greatest weakness since you might not get the job! Instead, you can tell them something that isn't directly related to the job position.   你最大的缺点是什么?西方老板特别爱问这个问题,让面试者感到很紧张。

You can ask this to clarify exactly what kind of work you'll be doing.   第五关:问你外贸业务员工作内容你认为有哪些   答复思路:考察求职积累的工作经历,以及业务水平,对本行业的了解程度,即根本的外贸流程考察。
