Purpose for tests 试验目的：According to this program, inspect and check building quality of the vessel. The technical documents and information shall be subimttcd to the supervisor of owner.通过大纲规定的各项试验，对本船的设计和建造质量进行全面检查和验收，为交船提供必要的技术 文件和资料3. Test items试验内容：Tests shall be done according to this program.按系泊试验大纲4. Test organization for test 试验组织：Tests shall be executed by shipyard. The yard shall give notices to class surveyor and supervisor of owner and design department if necessary. During the test, records shal1 be made and treated for relevant technical documents which to be submit ted to class surveyor and owner. Maker will attend the equipment test if necessary.试验以船厂为主，并通知船东参加试验和验收，其小验船部门规定的试验项目，同时通知验船部门 参加，对涉及设计性能的试验项目通知设计单位参加。
